All the room were spread over a large area. There were buggies to take you between all their facilities. The property was well kept and very clean. A fabulous breakfast were available every morning which made the whole weekend even more enjoyable.

Would you nice if breakfast went to 11am, (if possible on the weekends), and if they considered doing a dinner buffet like with breakfast, we would certainly do a half-board option!

That's a tough one, the hotel matches, due to the climate they never really worked.

The staff struggle to understand English, so sometimes our orders were not correct. Also, the resort meals are pretty expensive. Would be nice if they did deals/discounts for guests staying longer.

Great location surrounded by lush vegetation. The breakfasts and pool are amazing. Coffees are incredible for a resort. The staff were very kind and accommodating… they went out of their way to help. My wife and I had to work during our stay, and the wifi was excellent! No issues doing zoom calls, handling meetings, and connecting with our staff internationally.

Our room had a strong smell in the bathroom even though they sent a plumber three times we had to change rooms which was a real faff after 6 days into our 11 day stay. The wifi was a bit intermittent there were some spots where the wifi didn't work in the resort.

The resort was absolutely fantastic - the staff were friendly nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay, the resort is so well located, I would highly recommend. The firefly restaurant was great for breakfast, although dinner options for vegetarians was limited.

We were greeted by the most amazing staff with water & flower bracelets. They had us sit in the lobby and they brought everything to us. We didn’t have to lift a finger. They took care of everything. And during the entirety of our stay, they were literally a phone call away. MOST AMAZING STAFF I’ve ever experienced!!!!!

The villa was a bit odd in design. No shared toilet for the lounge, the only bathroom was a bedroom ensuite. The outdoor furniture was like the cheapest of ikea and uncomfortable. This let the entire villa down.

It is better if you organize transportation if you want to stay in this hotel because it's far from Phuket landmarks. Since the area is tropical, you might see some insects which might be an issue for some people.

We stayed in one of the penthouse villas and… wow. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless, warm, and genuinely welcoming. They’re the kind of people who make a place unforgettable – present when you need them, and somehow always a step ahead. The food across the resort was excellent, but the pizza at Alto? Honestly better than many we’ve had in Italy – no exaggeration. Thin, crisp, flavorful, and just unexpected in the best way. A special shout-out to the Thai cooking class – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff guided us through every step with patience and joy, and the post-class meal was not only abundant, it was a full-on feast. We left happy, full, and just a little proud of our wok skills. All in all, if you’re looking for a place that feels like a scene out of White Lotus (minus the drama), this is it.
