FranceHuge problem is the club just next which started playing music since 5pm with huge bass. I like techno a lot byt after couple of hours it really gave me a headache and music only stopped around 2am. The hotel itself need a big refreshing for the outsides parts, we also had a smelly pillow which was quickly changed even at night.
The location is really great to enjoy the sunset. Employees are available to help.

Good location, a bit out of the main area which we liked as it was slightly quieter, we could still hear some music at night but it wasn’t too bad. The rooms were basic but that was expected - we did have working AC and a mini fridge which was great

AustraliaI didn’t like the doona was not comfortable on the first two night it was not even,and felt uncomfortable trying to cover ourselves.I requested the staff for it to be changed for our second night I was told they will but they only changed the bedsheets and on our third night they changed to a different doona which was much better and comfortable.
It was ocean front the views were great and we enjoyed the sunset on the balcony.The staff were nice and helpful.We walked to everything from here.

United KingdomRoom was pretty basic, but at the same time it was just what we expected for the price and it did the job. Phi Phi can be expensive to stay due to popularity so this is a great find if your looking for someone fairly cheap but trying to avoid the hostels. Music can be heard until about 3am, but this is the same for most places on the islands.
Staff were friendly, they carried our luggage from the pier to our room. Small gym and pool outside was a nice addition to our stay which we didn’t know this place had. There’s a nice outdoor area with seating, hammocks and a pool table.

United KingdomIt was slightly noisy at night, but this was noise from far away, so nothing that the accommodation can control. They did provide earplugs in the room though which was a nice touch.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a fridge, kettle and hairdryer which was useful. The shower presssure is also good and the water can be warm. The room also has a partial view of the island and sea which becomes a full view if you go to the communal sitting area. The pool is small but clean and with showers. The staff are very nice. They picked up our bags from the pier when we arrived and dropped them back off too. It’s not luxury, but it is clean and has everything you need, plus in an amazing location! 15 minute walk from the port, so away from the main hustle and bustle but still not too far.

Basically you're paying for the view here. It's a beautiful sea view but on the whole the rooms are super super basic for the price. Could do with a bit of TLC, the A/C was very old and just didn't cool the room enough for me. It's also quite a walk across town, not terrible but it was very hot when we were there. It's also extremely noisy with the club/bars next to it, luckily I had head phones. It was nice in terms of staff are lovely, the view is lovely but I wouldn't rush to stay there again.
