Me and my partner have travelled all over Asia staying in multiple hostels and hotels and this is hands down the worst place we’ve stayed. It’s the only place we’ve had to book other accomodation so we didn’t have to endure it for more than one night. Arrived to find an aircon which wasn’t operational, the room was literally hotter than outside, made it unbearable to be in let alone sleep. The mattress didn’t help with sleep either, lumpy, solid and pretty sure they haven’t been replaced for 20 years. There were bugs in the sink of the bathroom, under the bed and on the doors which ended up in our bags after we left! We were promised a TV and when we raised this with them they just shrugged their shoulders at us without an apology. There were holes in the wall that were covered with duct tape. The doors of both the bathroom and front couldn’t be properly shut, so a massive safety concern there. The windows were dodgy and pretty sure if they had been opened or shut anymore they would have broken (goodbye to your 500 baht deposit you give to them before entering the hellhole). We had a desk in there that literally looked like it had been taken out of a dump and I wish I was exaggerating here but pretty sure there was some sort of bug eating it because from when we got there to when we left a corner of it had fallen of (we didn’t put anything on it to cause this). In conclusion don’t come here, even if you’re trying to save a bit of money travelling just spend a little more and save yourself.

Could argue the location is good because it’s quiet at night if you want a sleep but at the same time it’s up a bunch of steep stairs so hard to make that a positive point.

The worst service I’ve ever seen. I had an accident and broke my leg (not drunken!) and I could not come back as the hotel is in the mountains and ferry on next day to hospital left very early. I was begging the hotel for weeks to send me back my clothes (of corse I wanted to pay for everything) I told them my clothes where emotionally important for me. It was a shirt of a friend who safed my life in ocean. And brand new expensive clothes. They never send it back to me. Even rare contact. Very very disappointing.

They tried to tell us 3 people stayed in the room when somebody came at 8am to collect their bags. They then refused to listen that it was just 2 people staying in the room and refused to return the deposit back to us. Awful treatment from the staff

This place looks nothing like in pictures. It is rather disgusting. Everything was broken or with wholes. The manager fixed for me not working shower and locking sink when I arrived, but how could it not be reported or noticed before? He started as a nice person helping with my bag and these fixtures, but it just gone from bad to worse. I asked to change the room as the one was scruffy. There were wholes in walls and ceiling. Electric plugs didn't work, and there were wires coming out of it. One plug worked, but it charged my phone only 50% over the whole night period. The balcony door looked like Wolverine. Try to get in. It was all with wholes and eaten. And those mattresses, omg. It was super old spring mattresses and I think 20 years old because it was dented really badly. The manager didn't want to swam me room without paying him extra. On top of it, he charged me an extra 500 baht for the key, which was not mentioned anywhere in the advert. I had to call booking.com to help me get my money back for the rest of the booking and leave the place. But to be honest, I should have paid the full amount back as it was nothing as advertised, I was unfairly charged extra for key, and the manager became very rude and pretended he didn't speak English. I runnaed away from the place. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. Ostrzegam to jest speluna. Nigdy nie rezerwować tego miejsca. Śmierdzi tam. Brudno. Syfon I malaria. Szkoda słów.

Stairs up to hotel!

Phi Phi This place is in very good location, like literally in the middle of Phi Phi viewpoint stairs. Room was clean, there was toilet paper, hot wather in bathroom, clean towels and clean bedsheets. Basically, you get what you pay for.

Rudest arrogant money hungry staff. He ruins your whole island holiday vibes. (Check google reviews too) dirty rooms - Not as advertised. Many holes for all kinds of bugs, lizards & Roaches to come inside. Rather stay in a hostel.

The owner wanted to charge 1000 Baht instead of 700Baht ( what booking guaranteed) for the room and even charged us to much for the ferry ticket to Koh Lanta… at the Pier it was 450 Baht he charged us 700 Baht. Moreover the AC wasn’t really working. Very sad

Location is top of tye mountain and only 1 staff available couldn't help to bring you luggage on top of the hill where accommodation is located.
