Already said as above but sorted by the manager. It would be lovely to have a guest area free downstairs with no shops and items sell.

The manager was excellent, helping to sort out the room straight away because our initial room was inappropriate, we were disturbed by the noise of building work. We could see them from our room so I concerned about our dignity and privacy. Spoke to the receptionist and she was not keen to help but agreed to contact her manager for me and he was wonderful. We were moved to different, nice and quiet. Staff who picked our bags and luggage from the pier was amazing. Thank you so much.

Noise from kitchens next door from about 8am and constant people sweeping up from 7am. Monkeys come steal your food/drink. Bathroom not particularly clean. Was in chalet and noise from 8am from next doors kitchen annoying

The hotel was very nice and friendly. the room was pretty and decent. we had a problem with the air conditioning but it was fixed immediately. The only problem was in the shower where the water was either very hot or very cold. The food excellent

Close to port and restaurants. Nice pool and spacious family room. Good value for money based on the rates for overnight stay. Not sure what others expect for $45 AUD per double room that has a pool on Phi Phi. Was adequate.

The place is clean, tidy and fine for a 1 night stay, personally wouldn’t stay longer just due to there being so many more beautiful places to stay in phi phi but as a cheap last minute booking it was fine!

Lovely place, staff and pool. We stayed as a family and the tv didn’t work, we could hear the music laye in the night and the air con in our room wasn’t the best. However, we were still very pleased with our stay and would book again. We even got to see the monkeys from our balcony which made my son stay here amazing. Xx

The aircon was pretty weak so we were roasting in the room a lot of the time as it took a long time to cool the room.

The location was good - only a few mins walk from the pier. The view from our room was stunning & check-in was pretty seamless. They also offer late check-out which you pay for by the hour which is handy when you have an afternoon boat like we did. Loved the pool area in the evenings

Everything was just fine. A part that they wouldn’t close the swimming pool even if it supposed to be closed after 9 pm. We were next to it and for 2 nights ppl were partying. Second night I had to tell the reception, truth be told, promptly they went to tell them ppl to leave. Staying was quite comfortable and breadast was ok
