I had a wonderful experience staying at Phi Phi Dream Guest House. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough to relax and rest peacefully. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with good air conditioning and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile and ready to assist with any questions or arrangements. Their local tips made exploring Phi Phi even more enjoyable. Overall, it felt safe, cozy, and truly like a home away from home. Gorgeous place, very peaceful as a bit further outside the town, but only a five minute walk down to the beach! The staff were so kind and helpful and gave us options for booking a day / half day tour - very good rates here. Rooms were very nice and clean.

For some reason the outside of our window was boarded up so didn’t really get much natural light, this wasn’t much of a problem though.

The room was nice, everything worked pretty well, location was great (right near the start of the viewpoints), staff were super friendly and helpful - helped book any trips/transport for us, really great value for money!

Had to pay extra to upgrade room from fan to AC even though the AC was already in the room. Can be a bit noisy outside sometimes as there is a restaurant directly opposite to this guesthouse that seems to be open and busy 24/7.

Great value for phi phi with a big spacious room and decent beds. Location is pretty central with everything within a short walk away with a 7 eleven also very close by. Friendly staff that helped book a very good value tour which was better priced than many vendors.

This guesthouse was in a great location near lots of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a coffee station. The ladies on reception were really friendly and helpful.

Exceeded our expectations. The room actually looks much nicer in person than in the photographs. Really comfy beds, we had two singles pushed together which was great, separate sheets and lots of space. Separate shower which was good. Lots of storage space and huge room. Very clean and soft bedsheets that smelled lovely. Perfect location, no noise at night at all but within a few minutes you're right in the centre. You can also easily walk to the phi phi viewpoints from the property, sign right outside. We loved our stay here, would highly recommend for anyone who wants to be close to everything but also able to get a good night sleep.

The mattress’s are not as comfortable as other locations where we have stayed. However it did not bother me that much (did bother my boyfriend more).

Nice clean rooms. The rooms are as in the picture. Would recommend the room if you are looking for a budget room to stay in. It is important to keep in mind that the prices are in Phi Phi higher than other locations. These are the best for this price range.

Not specific to this property but water on Phi Phi has bad odour. Recommend not going with low budget fan-only as room gets very hot in daytime - upgrade for AC relatively inexpensive. Property is upfront about not being a luxury accommodation so not a dislike but a note for potential guests- expect minimal “extras” and note no fridge/freezer water/daily housekeeping. Bring clips or tape to completely close curtains for privacy (fans blow curtains open).

Off the crowded main area, loads of space, 3x fans, separate toilet to shower, clean, sitting area, multiple outlets + power bar. Good hot water. Kettle. Very nice staff. Good for low maintenance budget travel. Beaches and restaurants/shops within close walking distance. Shoes off upstairs so very clean and no bugs.

This was one of the most expensive places we stayed in Thailand, but that is a reflection on Phi Phi, not this accomm. The shower directly over the toilet wasn’t ideal, so we would probably opt for the slightly larger room next time around.

This property is exactly as advertised - very basic, but has what you need for a short stay. The location is good, at the end of the busy zone, far enough away from the noise of the nightlife. The staff were great, especially when we got sick during our time there.
