Unfortunately some of our belongings were stolen from outside of our room. The reception told us this is common here, and to not leave your belongings anywhere but a locked room.

The room itself was spacious, with good working aircon. We liked that the property was out of the way to avoid noise from the main area.

Bright room with big a window but we couldn't open.. No problem for us as we stayed there two nights just for sleep.

As for the downsides, not every detail matched the photos — the resort is more spread out and rustic than expected. Daily cleaning was provided, which we appreciated, and the bedroom was okay in terms of cleanliness. However, the bathroom was quite old and had visible mold. For two nights it was fine, and the value for money was excellent, but I’m not sure we would have stayed longer.

Excellent location — within a 10–15 minute walk to the center and the pier, so everything was close by but not so close that the noise from the nightlife and bars was disturbing. There was also a pool with sunbeds that we could use. The staff were super friendly — from the beginning they told us to reach out with anything, as they operate like a family, and we truly felt that too. A lovely bonus was the adorable horse on the property, which added to the charm of the place.

Bathroom could do with some renovation

Property was very well situated for the town centre and also had a very nice pool. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Everything just needs a bit of tlc, bathroom needs a bit of work and a bit of a clean.

Pool area was great, good location, rooms comfy! Considering the very low rating, we were pleasantly surprised! We got upgraded as they had some air conditioning issues in the rooms we booked and the rooms we were given were good. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade but the room was fine for a couple of days. Staff helped us with our luggage on leaving.

The shower was cheap and gritty. There were a lot of hair and bits on the bathroom floor so I had to clean it myself to make it more appealing. There is a horse in the swimming pool area, but it looked dead inside #freethehorse! I've stayed in cheaper accommodation that had higher standards of facilities and cleanliness. Overpriced for what it's worth x

Convenient location, away from the loud parties. Beds were comfortable and clean.

It was about a 15 minute walk from the centre which isn’t too far, but far enough away you don’t have all the noise of Phi Phi. The walls are so thin that just people walking make your bed shake. The staff were nice and even had the rooms ready for us early. Absolutely love that there’s an adopted pony that roams the property.

- not necessarily near beach / sea front. - the road (although a 5 min walk and lit quite well) to the hotel is quite quiet at night time. - on the basic side (nothing necessarily “wrong” with property, just nothing special).

- Does what says on tin - not luxurious but not too basic either. - Location is not crazy distance from centre. Yes is a slight bit of walk (not smack bang in centre) but walkable. - Staff accommodated to all needs (I.e. needing to stay an extra night and accommodating to last minute change in plans).

You can heat everything from other rooms (guys next to us had room party till 4 in the morning so we kinda had to “party with them” 😃

Great location - few minutes to the centre and the beach, many cheaper restaurants near by then in the centre and also far enough from busy bard and the noise. Clean, comfortale, worth the money. Breakfast wasn’t available.

The mattress is hard and sometimes the room smell bad. They don’t offer a luggage loading service to the port.

The location is a little bit far from the center but for this reason is really quiet at night. The pool is really nice and the staff is kind.

The bed is rock solid and so are the pillows. There could be more loungers at the pool as there are only a few. The rooms aren’t the cleanest and the shower isn’t the best. It’s Bobby basic but a good location for a short stay.

Location is brilliant, pool is decent, and the rooms are spacious. The horse is very friendly.

Room was super hot as it feels like the building is made of thinner walls (or container). The bathroom had a strange smell. The location is a bit further off the Center of the island

The toilet was doing like a volcano of reflush of water. Going to the toilet was very difficult because of the constant fear of that happening.

The staff was very nice, and the room size was very comfortable. It is not really in the center, but is very close to everything, and very calm.
