Currently construction going on which was loud, party from the beach was also loud until around 3am every day

This resort was as expected. They were fixing part of the resort, making it a bit noisy, not so relaxing. Still, the beach is 1 minute away.

The room was very dark especially the bathroom! Very loud at night due to local bars.

The staff accused me that I stole a towel, so when I go to room, the towel was on the bed. They weren’t kind with me.

Only some rooms have a nice view (I was lucky with my first booking and the mountains in the background were beautiful, but when I changed rooms the view was of clothes drying in the sun, garbage on roofs and I was disappointed because it was not at all nice to see from the window). Really really noisy until 3am. , if you have are a light sleeper this one is not for you.

They promised to bring our luggage to the pier 30 minutes before our departure but they did not come, I had to quickly run back there and get my luggage myself otherwise we would have missed our boat. The rooms are are not well isolated so you will here music and people walking through the halls at night very clearly (they do provide earplugs though).

De rooms were modern and goodlooking. The AC worked very well

No complaints just if you won’t be able to sleep due to loud music every night don’t stay here as it is located right next to the beach and lots of beach bars

Breakfast didn’t have covers on bread and other items to prevent flies, one of the rooms aircons caused two of us to become very ill, upon inspection the filter was very dirty

Bed was a little uncomfortable (but thats okay) and the shower was a little shit but it was cheap so you can't expect luxury i guess

It doesn't help if you are late for checkout, you have to pay and there are no toiletries available, such as body lotion, the bottle was empty. And The breakfast was very simple and the eating utensils were not clean like spoons and plates and there were bugs on the food.

It is extremely loud at night, unless you’re going back after a big night and will pass out, you will find it very hard to sleep at night as the club is right behind the hotel. Bring earplugs but proper ones, they provide but they don’t work well enough.

The property was centrally located, staff were amazing, accomodating and friendly, the pool was great, super big with a good seating area, Would recommend this place to stay but he warned:

Prior to arriving we has requested a crib for a 1 year old. They gave us an extra bed instead, and stated at check in they do not have cribs. This should have been communicated when we sent the request. We explained that this would not be suitable as baby could fall off the bed but staff offered no solution. So we had to improvise and push 2 chairs together We asked for pillows to make it like a matress and staff we reluctant to give us more pillows. As location is very central, the music from nearby clubs are quite loud. So if you want a quiet hotel choose a different one.

Centrally located, clean, warm pool. Staff helped us bringing the luggage to the ferry.

Be warned that it’s located right next to a club that closes at 3am every night so you can hear the loud music until then. They very kindly provide ear plugs but some people might not like this. The pool bar wasn’t always staffed.

The bungalow was lovely and very central location… in the hub of phi phi and a 20m walk from the beach (not the cleanest beach as it’s a very nightlife oriented beach). The buffet breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

The room was fine, the music coming from the neighbouring bar/club was quite loud as our room was at the very end so we were right next to it.

Really great location—pool/staff was awesome, and everything you need is nearby. Just make sure you’re okay with going to bed after 3 a.m. The music and bass from the beach party are so loud, you’ll either be kept awake or end up dancing in bed. But after 3 a.m.? Amazing!

If you have a room upstairs in the deluxe pool view, you will not get any sleep before 3am. Music was that loud you could hear it word for word.

The Pool was great and rooms were clean and Tidy. The location was great and really central to everything.
