The pool was green on arrival is not what you would expect, yes they did add chemicals the next morning but to late to change my opinion. The staff didn't make you feel like a guest even at breakfast there was no Thai hospitality. The rooms are dated and on the whole, the property is not in great shape. Would I stay, again probably not! Photos of our green pool compared to the crystal clear pool in the next villa.

The price was reasonable and I liked the idea of a private pool villa by the sea.

The master bedroom on the ground floor spelled mouldy; running the AC helped mask the smell a bit. Overall the place could do with some upgrades.

The property does need a facelift. The age of the villa's is showing, but never the less it did not influence our stay in a negative way.

Location is quite far out of town and with the rainy season this made it difficult to go places, even on scooter.

Lovely room with a large and very clean pool. Nice views, from the hotel restaurant which serves a great breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The facilities and the decoration of the room that urgently need to be renovated, the beach that is not clean, the stairs that are not suitable for disabled persons.

Access to the room was challenging with luggage.Restaurant was excellent but up more stairs.

Having our own pool.Access to rooms was quite hard.Spiral stairs down to steep,undulating pathway! Some broken tiles and was slippery when wet. The reception was very good at organising transport for us x

I think it would be beneficial for a netflix app on the TV , some sun beds for the villas with private pool and a new shower the pressure was lovely but the shower it self is quite unpleasant to shower in.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was absolutely divine and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool is alot bigger than expected and WiFi was good. I would stay there again.

We would have definitely appreciated some mosquito-nets on the beds. We had some ourselves, but the ceilings were way too high to attach them. We got stung all over, even though we had put repellent before sleeping. The reason for the mosquitos were probably the windows that didn't close properly. The mosquito-nets would have made our night much easier (and the following days of scratching...)

Based on the pictures we expected an approx. 50 square meters bungalow with a little private pool. Instead we got a huge villa with 4m+ ceilings and spacious rooms, it felt like it was over 150square meters big. We had two big bedrooms, one enormous dining area, one additional room with sofas, a huge kitchen and 2 toilets. The pool also exceeded our expectations: quite big and very clean! A big terrace with seating options and a nice view to the sea. The garden was very pretty and the walk down to the (stony) beach was very nice. The person that welcomed us was super friendly and even took us a short ride to a 7-eleven to buy some stuff. The fridge was full of water bottles!

Room was not cleaned one day of two and water left outside in the heat. We were told that we get 15% off at the restaurant next door, however that did not happen.

Property needs a revamp, it seems to be old now

The rooms are spacious , clean. Bathroom was clean and practical. The pool was clean and big. The restaurant staff was amazing. The location of property is also very appropriate if you like to spend time in peace. Overall value for money

The room with its own pool was great, nice to come home after a day out and get in the pool, its far enough out of town and quiet but you can still visit loads, we rented a scooter was awesome.
