How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There are no iron and ironing boards available for guests in the hotel.
Excellent location, very close to the beach, great rooms with AC and lovely staff. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Pattaya.

Some of the sun loungers and umbrellas is in a very bad condition. Please make some changes. Rooms could be updated a bit Neighbours were very noisy, but I don't blame the hotel. Breakfast is a little boring, but great to have a free buffet in the weekend.
Hard to beat the location! Soi 5 is very quiet, but close enough to everything. It's so easy to take the baht bus from beach rd. towards walking street. Pool is large and nice. Fitness room is quite good. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean - and the balcony is great to have. Pillows are hard as a rock, but I got a softer one by request. Staff is friendly and caring. Don't miss the night food market on 2. road, only 5-10 minutes walk from hotel. It's very good and clean. If the price is good, I would book again another time.

I have two bad knees and the swimming pool was a great size and but getting in and out of the pool was difficult,would be better if it had steps going into the pool instead of aluminum ladders. Entrance to the hotel has a few stairs which again I found hard but there is a mobility lift next to the stairs.
Staff where absolutely fantastic,the rooms where great and I slept great every night.Very clean and the cleaners was hard working and very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again,thanks for a great stay.

One night the next door seemed like holding a party, it was quite noisy but not hotel's fault.
Everything is good. Friendly staff, very clean room with great location. It's definitely value for the rate.

Request a softer pillow as the original ones are a bit hard for my liking.
Soi 5 so near the hustle and hustle but very quiet. It’s a hotel that’s for the over 50s. I was on holiday with my 70 year old dad and it was the perfect vibe for him. Great roof top pool with lots of sunshine. Good gym too.

The internet and wifi repeatedly disconnects and have to login again.
The employees are fantastic. The location is ideal, with many eateries, shops, and cafes around, and just a short distance from the beach or the second road. A complimentary breakfast buffet is provided on Saturdays and Sundays. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pattaya.

I have not assessed the full hotel package so nothing to complain about.
before booking I did read the previous comments and they are accurate! This is a nice place close to the circus but in a quiet location. Confortable size of the rooms including the bathroom. Clean with reliable wifi and a/c. Fantastic and very helpful staff! So yes a great Value for money! Too bad that i didn't stay longer!

Staff seemed a bit sleepy at times, although congenial enough.
Excellent location, near beach, shops, bars etc but still quiet. Good size room with a nice view. Wonderful swimming pool. Free breakfast buffet on weekends.

Just a slight damp smell when first moving in but dissipated after a day ...
Location, staff excellent. Magnificent value, I have stayed in both more and less expensive places in Pattaya but Blue Sky really hits the nail on the head. TV, WiFi and air con worked perfectly... highly recommended..
