Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

at slower end of Chaweng Beach so quiet without jet skis etc. Lovely pool. Not a good swimming beach however. Lovely staff and traditional style huts with Thai accessories such as paintings, sofits. Handy to main shopping area, taxis, and markets.

Beautiful location and very quiet resort. Exactly what we were looking for. The beach is right in front however if you walk just around the corner on the beach the sand is much nicer. Within easy reach of many restaurants and shops and a quick tuk tuk ride to the main area.

The location is stunning, beautiful beaches . The staff were fabulous, friendly, attentive and very helpful. Nice and quiet location, only a short drive to the town area.

Papillon Resort is located in a quiet and convenient location just 20 minutes walk to Central Chaweng, Night Market etc. The owner and staff were very nice. I would give an excellent rating, but the reason not to do it is because of the non-working Wifi.

The location is great with an amazing sea view. The staff was very nice, they helped us with any requests as early breakfast. The apartment was large with a private patio, comfortable beds and two good bathrooms. The breakfast was good and well organized. The swimming pool was awesome and we had great time in the common area with free facilities, like the pool table.
