The bath tub has the jacuzzi but it was not work properly and the water come out was very stink. The location was a little bit scary surrounding with the local karaoke and drunk people also there was no safety carpark we have to parked by the road side which also look not safe at all

What an incredible experience! I was in Cha am staying at a friends high rise condo and I had one more night in Cha am and wanted to stay in the heart of Cha am. I found this property and it exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to return next year. I stayed in the dormitory because I was curious and I was actually the only one there. Normally I stay in hotels or private rooms but this experience was true luxury in every sense. I had a great time. Next time, I will also try the private room as it looks so beautiful. The property is in the most ideal location. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. The staff were exceptional.

Can’t think of anything, we actually rebooked whilst we were here, booked for 10 nights ended up staying 19,

The staff, the size of the room, how comfortable & clean it was, the full use of kitchen if needed, location not bad, a short walk to the beach & restaurants (we enjoyed the walk as we all know only too well, on holiday we tend to put on a few pounds we felt the walking helps compensate if you over indulge 😂)

Beautifully furnished and excellent service. There is a lift in the building. There are only 4 rooms in this exquisite property. The hostess makes you feel very welcome and makes Asian breakfast for you. She can also help call taxis. There is a common area that is windy and good for chilling. The beach is a less than 5 mins walk away and a huge 7-11 just around the corner.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to cut our trip short - but we are so thankful that the staff were kind and very understanding and even refunded us for the nights we cancelled.

Lovely room, especially like the skylight! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very friendly welcoming staff. They give you a feeling of coming home. The breakfast was extroardinary good and variated. Room very spacious and modern. Nearby the beach and city centre. A lot of books in the common space. Ideal for reading and relaxing.

It's not I didn't like, just want to point out that the space in front of the property can park maybe 1-2 cars and the receptionist will close the property door after 6 pm and will come again 7 am next day (they drop us key though)

- The location is good near Cha-am beach in walking distant - The receptionist is friendly and show us room/facilities. (I think they provide pre-order breakfast but I didn't order) There is plenty of space in the first floor for eating and chilling. Surprise that I found plenty of books here, like a mini-library - An elevator is available though slow but safe, you may take stairs as well - The room I choose is on the 4th floor which is the highest, and have only one room so spacious space, decoration is homey and summer-ish. Bathroom is fascinated, there is a cavity above and you can enjoy moonlight when jacuzzi-ing - Bed is comfy but not too soft. Basic facilities are prepared like Smart TV, hair dryer, closet, mirrors, kettle etc.

They don't have a water dispenser and the kitchen gets locked up for the night when the staff leaves. I'd also like to point out that if you're someone who likes to socialize while travelling, then this place might not be for you. During my stay I met no other foreigners here and most nights I was the only one in the house.

I spent over a week in the shared dorm and most nights I had the whole house to myself. There is plenty of room for luggage and you get keys to two lockers, which is unheard of in many hostels. The atmosphere of the place is very calm, it's spotless and the location is very good in Cha Am. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by foot, a good 7/11 is just as far away and there are plenty of local restaurants around. You get peace and quiet on a budget here.

I had a great experience at Pannana. I found the staff to be happy and eager to help! Breakfast (fish porridge) is very delicious. The accommodation is quiet and private. The rooms are well designed. The top floor room is suitable for couples' relaxation.

Not that i didn't like but it would be nice if you could put the instruction on how to use the elevator.

The architecture is stunning. I like every single thing there. The room is so cozy and feel like home.

Honestly, I wish we could move this hotel and staff closer to the sea and to a cleaner place in Thailand. And everyone would be fine:)

The staff was represented by a single person and she tried to accommodate all of our wishes. We wish her good luck in this difficult business.

Being able to find the building is hard work . Hidden away in a side road with no lighting and no signage. Really poor . A sign at the corner of the main road is a must . As is a decent sign on the building itself .
