This charming family-run guesthouse exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth and hospitality. You can tell they are truly dedicated hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience. The location ist just a short walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring so convenient. The guesthouse itself has such a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. One small concern we had was parking, as it wasn't clearly indicated on their website. However, this turned out to be no problem at all! The owner immediately stepped in to help and personally guided us to a parking spot just around the corner - such thoughtful service! The personal touch and genuine care from this lovely family made our trip truly special. We felt so welcomed and well looked after. This is exactly the kind of authentic, heartwarming experience you hope for when traveling. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable stay with wonderful hosts!

This place was simply perfect! The location is unbeatable - central yet quiet, so you can relax and still be close to everything. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great location, you are right next to the sites and you can borrow bikes ! The rooms are very spacious with a nice bathroom, you even have a TV with access to Netflix which was a nice bonus. The staff is very nice and breakfast is good. You can book a boat tour through them for 200 BHT (+ 100 BHT for the tuk tuk bringing you to the pier) which takes you to 2 temples and a historical site and is much worth it !

It was all great!

This was an absolutely awesome place to stay at. It's close to all the attractions, yet still in a quiet part of town. The hosts were exceptional in their care, really some of the best service I've had in my travels. The rooms are more like little cabins of your own, all spotless and and well cared for. And the beds were especially great, I've had some of the best sleep here, out of any place I've stayed at. All else was in fine order too. It's simple one of the best places I've stayed at in all my travels.

Nice sized room with a private bathroom. Simple but tasty breakfast prepared by the host. Nice and peaceful surroundings tucked away from the busier main part of town. Free bicycles for use was a nice plus.

Friendly staff, always offering us cold water bottles! Nice, generous breakfast of fried & scrambled eggs & toast & fruits & tea/coffee. They thoughtfully left the ac on in our rooms so it was cool on return. Booked the boat trip for us - very helpful.

Lovely family and really attentive and nice owner! he always made sure that we have everything we needed and helped always out with questions. Breakfast was really good - scrambled and fried eggs, bread, fresh coffee, milk and cereal, butter, Marmelade, juice, fresh fruit… And you can use the bicicle for free to explore the area :)

This is the 2nd time I have visited this hotel. Nothing changes, service is still so good as the 1st time (2023), friendly, peaceful, clean. Fully stuff for a trip: amenities, hair dryer, safety box The receptionist speaks English very well. breakfast is very delicious... Perfect service. Price is affordable for good location, high value. Highly recommend!

Situated along a very busy road so it’s very noisy. Many stray dogs in the area so dogs barking all night long nearby. Room was next to a dirty water canal with a wooden bridge locals use as a cut through.

Great hosts that were very kind and helpful. Helped me book onward bus tickets. Close location to many sites with free use of the bikes. Comfy bed and good breakfast.

I have to say that the owner and his hospitality made our stay here very pleasant.

The owner is so very helpful, attentive and kind. Anything we wanted or needed to know, he’s always there to help. Breakfast was great, eggs, chicken sausage, with salad. Toast, coffee and cereal on a help yourself basis. Kettle and fridge in the room.

The surrounding is a swamp basically but after you get used to it, is not impacting much, you can almost like it.

Staff Super friendly and super ready to help, breakfast was RICH and prepared at the moment by the owner, free Netflix and bike lending. For the price paid super recommended.

Not much nearby, you have to walk 10 minutes to find a 7 eleven

The staff were so kind and welcoming. Everything was clean perfectly. The room was cozy, TV had netflix, prime, YouTube. It's located about 15 minutes walk to the Ayutthaya historical park or 5 minutes by bike (which you can take free of charge!!). Honestly the best place where you can stay in Ayutthaya.
