I thought the A/C could be a little cooler but maybe that's just me.

All the staff from Poo the owner/manager, to the two ladies that excel in rustling up delicious food in the restaurant at the front of the hotel, to the cleaning staff were always cheerful and helpful without anything being too much trouble for them. I stayed in the suite which was spotlessly clean. Location is good, Jungceylon, Bangla Rd and Patong Beach are only 15 min walk away if you fancy stretching your legs.

The room was facing the main road and it was noisy all night long. I asked to change room since we were there for 6 nights to one facing the pool, but no dice.

Nothing we didn’t like

The bed was super comfortable and our room was close to the pool. Downstairs there’s a great little cafe to have lunch. Next door the bar and restaurant is suited to customers over 35. They also serve great food and the drinks are inexpensive.

I love it, the staff are very helpful and kind, location is good, beds are comfortable, I wanted to extend my stay but all the rooms were sold out, highly recommend, also the small restaurant down makes nice breakfast.

The property is on a busy road, can be difficult getting around during the day when there is lots of traffic.

The property did the job. It was a clean, affordable place. Nice balcony too. The staff were always on hand if needed and offered to clean the room again on the second day. Many nice breakfast and dinner options within 1/2 minute walk from the resort. Patong beach and Patong Walking Street 10/15 min walk.

Traffic on Nanai Road has increased dramatically compared to previous years. The narrow street, too much traffic.

This hotel is one of my favourite to stay, when I visit in Phuket. Very friendly staff. Everything working perfectly. Not any complaint. I like it. But those who doesn't care so much a lil bit noise on the street, there is also garden/swimming pool view rooms.

There was not a lot my ceiling fan made a humming noise, but that was all. I was very happy with my room. I have no other complaints.

The staff were unreal so helpful and friendly the manager of the place made Your stay so pleasant breakfast was okay and the place was very quiet and the pool was unreal. I just love to stay here and will stay again. Cheers.

There’s really nothing We don’t like, The Manager & Her staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble & The Restaurant serves damn good meals right on the edge of Na Nai. Great for watching everyone & everything go by. 🥇

Location, Na Nai Rd. Lived on Na Nai for a year, have friends here, Bars, Restaurants & central to everything. Not so overcrowded like the Patong Beach front. The pool is very clean

- not the fault of the hotel but other guests made us feel uncomfortable - area is far from the beach and the main strip, have to walk for about twenty minutes through some less salubrious streets

- nice swimming pool - lady who works there is lovely - room and balcony were a nice size

The staff at PalmView Resort are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There are bars, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Did I mention the wonderful staff? 😊

They were very welcoming and kind hearten and helped us us all the way . We were looking for a suggestion for a daylong tour at phi phi island ,Maya bay ; they arranged immediately and that was amazing. Highly recommended.
