Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. ThailandWe stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Extremely clean and large space. Especially the living room and kitchen. A little old, but well maintained. Pets are welcome for a fee of 300THB per night. The garden is large, while the swimming pool is small. The location is quite far from town but good for those who love privacy and quiet areas. You can walk to the beach around 700 meters.

New ZealandIt was old, with no pressure in the water for a shower. No shower curtain. They gave me another room to have a look, and that was missing a tap for the shower. Booked out straight away. Cost more money for early book out which I wasn't happy because they should offer good facilities in the first place. You be taken of your list.

NetherlandsThe service could be better. When we arrived the power was off in the resort. We were told to wait but did not really understand what was going on. The first day at breakfast was weird to the point we changed our plans and went for a swim. Things weren't ready and there were other people moaning, so we just decided to go and come back 30 minutes later. 2nd day breakfast service was good and recommendable but with other staff. The beach nearby was really dirty and full of plastic and trash - not a nice beach to go to. The price is quite expensive for what is offered. For this price, you expect a much better service, pool towels, slippers, and other complimentary things such as tea and coffee.
The garden and the pools were nice. The house is big and spacious however some things are a bit run down.

Hong KongI paid Baht5000 for the room on booking.com, and later I found rooms less than Baht2000 from google!!! sorry I don’t accept this big price difference for same room. Location is no good. I can’t even get a grab to come for pickup to go out for dinner outside. The bathroom is a bit dangerous, there water collect around the tub and water ends up on the floor and you can slip easily. The cups inside the kitchen cupboard are dirty with coffee stains. the kitchen faucet handle is broken. I paid premium price more than a 5 star hotel and feeling miserable (feels like a rip off). Some staff are not very friendly. The restaurant person didn’t believe at first I was staying as the hotel even I gave her my room number, and wanted to charge me for the breakfast. They say checkout before noon but I couldn’t wait to check out immediately after breakfast. They also told me to pay cash or +3% for credit card payment. My Christmas holiday is ruined
