The AC was very noisy and the different fan settings hardly mad any difference at all.

Loved the pool and close to beach and walkable to Elephant Care centre, beware mosquitoes, breakfast good, evening meals better at outside restaurants. Trip to Coconut each is great

Nice hotel set in attractive grounds, spacious room. Great pool area with a good bar. Staff really friendly and helpful, good shuttle service to the beach every day. Very good breakfast and 5 nearby restaurants all good for dinner.

AC was really loud. Staff communication about ordering a taxi wasn't totally clear.

Food service at lunchtime seemed rather slow and we had a few instances of fried items being hot on the outside but stone cold inside, or food which sat before it was brought so it was cold on arrival.

Breakfast ok, a bit variable. Thai options were generally good, Western dishes less so. Shout out to the omelette station though 😁. Lots of items ran out quickly at busy times and it sometimes took a while for staff to notice and bring replacements. The serving trays for hot food (sausages, ham, baked beans etc) need candles under them so the food stays hot.

Nothing about the hotel itself. Location-wise, it's a bit far from town but taxis are usually waiting to take you. The local beach isn't the best in the area but the beautiful Coconut Beach can be reached with a free shuttle, 5 minute bike ride (free for 3 hours) or 20 min walk. Tours will pick you up from the hotel.

Large comfortable premium room, very clean. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel which has lovely tropical gardens.. Iincredibly friendly and helpful staff - they were a highlight. Lovely pool with adjacent bar area. One of my favourite hotels - informal vibe but all the facilities.you need.

Not on beach, short walk to a quite beach no loungers, but a short car trip away is coconut/white sands beach, there are taxis about. It’s about 10 minutes by taxi to Khao lak town centre

Lovely pool. The rooms are a good size and bed is comfortable. There are several good restaurants very close to the hotel and a nice beach about 5 minutes away. The grounds are also well kept and it is quiet at night. Very good breakfast with lots of choice and changed every day

Breakfast, OK, Pool OK. I was not on the beach because we where just sleep and leave early in the morning. Location of the resort is a little away from Kao Lak, but ok if you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy in nature.

Mosquitos are crazy even though they spray every day. Not sure if it's from the stream and abandoned property behind the resort. Just an hour after the hotel smoky spray we went back to the pool wanting to enjoy early evening drink and snacks and just got lots of bites once the sun gone even we had some anti Mosquito spray on the body.... The location is far from the town and not exactly by the beach (means no beach facilities). There's a cover of the drain of the bathtub... I tried to open it for preventing overflow and found it so dirty.... it's never been cleaned since it's covered...

Super nice staff, comfortable bed and clean bedding, reasonable price drinks and food. My 4 years old son loves the water slide so much. The happy hour offer buy 1 get 1 free which is awesome even it's only last for 1 hour. The food from the kitchen is delicious. There are also a few restaurants and a small store in short walk if you want something different. It is a short walk like 2 minutes walk (using the bridge behind the pool) to the coral beach but there are no shade nor any umbrellas for rental. It is hard to stay long under the strong sun. Good point is so quiet.

The location is a bit secluded, however it's not really a big deal; you can rent bikes for free (up to 3 hours) at the reception and they have a shuttle service to the main beaches in the area.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Good spacious rooms. The vibes were nice, a lot of nature and rest.

Shower room was v.basic. Lovely pool, could be an issue with sun loungers if resort full.

Breakfast was good. Bedroom was comfy, beds were exceptional. Resort was well maintained, lovely gardens, quiet. Staff were lovely. Free bike hire. 4 nice local Thai restaurants 200m down the road - and a fabulous beach. Wifi was adequate for work.

We were placed in an old building close to the road and the rooms were not clean when we arrived.

The most kind and friendly straff we have ever experienced in Thailand. The manager Sam gave exceptional service was very much appreciated. The staff helped us get rooms close to each others. Very nice outdoor hotel area with a lot of green plants and flowers. There were Beach Towels in the room, which got changed every day and a Beach bag.

No amenities - just shower gel & shampoo (very simple one), Toilets near the pool were run down, pond with lots of mosquitos, Old A/C units in the room

Simple & easy - room (Family Room) was very spacious with 3 beds Restaurant - breakfast had a good selection - fruits, veggie, asian dishes & standard breakfast choices (toast, jam, sausages, fruits, cereal) We had lunch & food was delicious Pool with a slide was fun & a great way to end the day

The bathrooms are poorly designed too many steps to the rooms and not good for disabled people. Very friendly helpful staff made it bearable. No toilets or changing facilities at the pool.. netting outside the balcony didn't make for good photos..

The staff were so lovely the beds comphy and clean breakfast was plentiful and good.

1st room was terrible it had very bad smells at various times waking me up gagging I complained they changed my room much better no smell need updating in bathroom but very clean bed good overall reasonable place

Breakfast was not so good, they had the basics but could definitely broaden it and it felt like quality of it was quite low.

Nice and clean, great pool area, close to the beach and free shuttle to use! Lovely staff!
