The water in shower is not strong but all Pai has a problem with strength of the water in the shower so I just write here if can make them stronger ☺️ Another thing was the air conditioning , In Pai is really cold at night and morning but the air conditioning can’t warm just cold so this was how its works in my room hope you will give the option to change it 😀

Big place clean and maybe 10 min from the Main Street but a beautiful place next to the river , amazing view from the room balcony I really enjoyed but it’s for people who has bike or something to drive you have more beautiful places near the place 💪🏼 just search in google maps .

The huts need a little bit of TLC. The air con didn’t work properly and our sink was very wobbly.

Amazing views and scenery. So many friendly animals running around it gives the place a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and accommodating and looked after us in any way they could.

The hotel definitely needs to do some maintenance. The first house they wanted to give us had broken AC. Water heater wasn't heating the water well enough. WiFi signal was very weak, so it was unusable. Price is pretty high for the level of comfort you get.

The house was spacious. The location is rather nice. Breakfast was rather ok, but they didn't have khao tom for some reason.

Everything was perfect

Today is our last day here at this resort.. and I can say it's one of the best places I've stayed at here in Thailand. If you like nature and want to be around cats, dogs, chickens, cows, etc.- this is the place to be. Very relaxing area, you can sit in your patio all day and just enjoy the view. Can see the forest and river from our patio. We met many lovely cats and dogs here, think this will be the thing I will miss the most. You can also go down to the river and play with the cows. Transportation - they have free shuttle bus to the city.. but we had a scooter. Roughly a 10min drive to the town centre, but it was always overcrowded there with tourists.. rather be at the resort chilling. The rooms are very big, comfy bed, hot powerful showers, fridge stocked with bottles of water, toilet paper rolls, soap, etc. Our room was always cleaned after we hot back from outside. Breakfast was included- they have hot water, coffee, toast, bread, congee, etc. They have another menu which is paid. Also the lady and man serving breakfast are very kind and sweet.. seems to be a family-run business. Money well spent. Overall 10/10, recommend this place if you're staying in Pai.

The bathroom sink was coming off the wall.The cabin moves when you walk around.In the middle of the night,we heard a big crash which was the sink fell off the wall.The owner asked us pay for the new sink as he said we were bum bum on the sink.I am 69 and girlfriend 51.The TV did not work.Both were reported but nothing done.he moved us to next door cabin which was same as the first cabin.Second cabin,sink loose and TV not working.There seems to be no on site maintenance.They wait for someone to report problem and let it happen then charge you.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I entered my room, I noticed that the furniture was very outdated. It gave the space a neglected feel, which was not what I expected. Additionally, the bed covers had an unpleasant odor, making it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. The condition of the walls was another issue; they were cracked and showed signs of wear and tear. This contributed to an overall feeling of uncleanliness. To make matters worse, there were numerous insects present in the room, which was both unsettling and unacceptable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. It needs significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance to provide a better guest experience.

Witnessing a centipede for the first time - even then the staff still helped us look for it to make sure it was gone !

We loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat. The staff were very kind and hardworking and helped us with candles and lamps when the whole of Pai had a power cut they even still made us breakfast and coffee in the morning! Nestled by the river about 10 mins on a bike from Pai centre which wasn’t bad at all was a scenic drive with many viewpoint cafes along the way! We even ended up extending our stay here

Bathroom is a little basic, but absolutely fine!

Beautiful authentic place overlooking the river with lovely views of nature and surrounding hills. Cute individual bungalows with balconies, perfect for morning coffee or reading a book. Breakfast was good, choice of egg dishes made to order and fruit, toast, tea, coffee. 10 minute scooter ride into the centre of Pai.

We loved Pai Love resort, the rooms were clean and presentable, a fridge, a/c and fresh towels were provided, every morning we got bottles of water and breakfast which was great. The location was perfect, a little out of the centre but if you can hire a bike then it’s perfect, right near 2 huts viewpoint. Definitely recommend!

Decor was tired and out-dated, our sink tap in bathroom was broken and the, toilet and sink were loose and not fitted properly, TV didn't work, there wasn't a kettle in the room even though cups and coffee had been provided. .

Beds were comfortable, location was peaceful, needed scooters to explore the area. Staff were friendly.

The property was further out of the town HOWEVER the resort did provide free shuttles into town. And outside of the shuttle times it was very easy to access through hiring a scooter or using a local taxi. The location provided no issues for us

I cannot recommend this place enough, me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights and were so sad to leave. The cottage was perfect, it was clean and had everything that we needed. But for me my favourite thing about the property was the staff, across all of our travels we have never met a group of people so welcoming and kind. In particular, the driver (Arrow) is an amazing man, so interested in visitors and forever wanting to better his English. Big thanks also to Pontip, R and Cherdwut who showed us great kindness and took a genuine interest in our travels so far and in our plans for Pai. Upon our arrival in Pai the staff picked us up from where the bus had dropped us off, they had saved us some of their dinner incase we had not eaten and welcomed us so incredibly warmly with drinks and a campfire. After making them aware that we were vegetarian the staff made sure to call by a local shop to buy food in especially for us to eat at for breakfast, informing us that we could eat at whatever time was best for us. The hospitality shown to us was second to non and we will be forever grateful to the staff at the resort for all that they did for us and the care that they showed.
