Fantastic location, comfortable beds and clean rooms. New water bottles daily. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very clean, huge bed which was comfy. Room was nice and location was perfect - just a very short walk from the pier. Great value for money!

Good location and comfortable , big beds

Walls were extremely thin, could hear people open and close doors constantly, loud, drunk neighbors- more of a hostel feeling to it. No hot water, really strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Room had visible wear & tear

Comfortable bed, nice location and super nice staff! Got picked up by the harbour when leaving the ferry without telling about our time of arrival.

We had cockroaches, centipede and other insects in our room. It was overall clean but they must have had the possibility to enter somehow. The windows of course were closed all the time.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good. The staff was also helpful.

The rooms need renovation because the furniture is poorly maintained. The plumbing system has problems and smells. We also found a centipede in the bathroom and we asked to change room. Especially the rooms in the basement have problems with humidity. Also rooms need more space to hang your towels etc.

Amazing location, so close to everything and loads of restaurants around.

The bathroom was abit smelly and the accommodation was very basic.

We loved this Accomodation. The bed was so comfortable, great AC, there was a fridge, a full length mirror and great hairdryer too. The location was so central and we could get our laundry done here too.

The location is great, smack in the middle between the pier and the beach. Once you arrive at the pier, a porter from the hotel will be waiting with a sign that says P2 Wood Loft, he will pick your bags up and guide you to the hotel. Check in process was smooth and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. If you plan on staying for multiple days, they have a laundry service as well. The rooftop of the hotel has hammocks for you to relax at and it is an amazing place to be at night. Overall the place was clean, the rooms were neat and tidy, the facilities were sufficient and definitely one of the best value for money places on Phi Phi.

Nothing, everything was to our expectations.

Very friendly staff, who were very accommodating. There was a slight problem with the sink in the room and they changed our room immediately. Collected from the ferry and luggage brought to our room.

The property was perfectly located and had everything you needed. The photos were exactly like the pictures. The staff were incredible we travelled as a family of 5 (3 babies) and they couldn’t have been kinder. Aleeta was absolutely great always greeted the children and gave them a gift when we left, thank you so much

The location was amazing, everything was within walking distance. The hotel was super clean. The beds were so big and comfortable. The staff were really helpful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough when staying in Phi Phi.
