Staff and facilities were great. Especially Nong, she was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I was there at the start of June so, not as busy and plenty to do when it rained

The room was not cleaned up thoroughly everyday.

The location is very good and have an easy access to the beach.

The pool with slides and the restaurant next to it couldn't be better for children. We felt our children were safe and they enjoyed playing in all three different swimming pools. We could order lunch to our sun lounger or grab something from the market across the road and eat it in the pool area. Everything was set up so well for families with young ones. Also games room with a pool table, air hockey and table football.

Breakfast food can be served hotter.

We stayed at Ozo Phuket for four nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and the kids loved the pool—especially the waterslide. Despite being on a busy street, the rooms were quiet. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Beach, which is very kid-friendly and ideal for families. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, though the bacon and eggs were a bit cold. Overall, no complaints—great hotel and facilities. Highly recommend!

The room cleaning was very slow. Stayed for 6 nights but half the time the room was not cleaned when i returned at about 5pm. Had to skip cleaning for 2 days, when it was not cleaned by the time i returned at 5pm. Need a rest after long, hot day.

Location is very good. Right across Kata Street Market. Wide selection of food options in the area. Hotel was well maintained and Staff were all pleasant and courteous. Special shout out to Naan who took care of the entire check-in process, very helpful and cheerful - good traits for front desk job.

The only thing that we didn't like was that people would leave belongings at a chair (or several chairs) around the pool and then go to the beach for hours. This means that anyone coming to the pool were unable to get a chair/chairs - which happened to us. We watched families leave either towels or clothes on chairs and walk out to the beach, coming back later in the day. Also the rubbish that people left around the pool from outside food - which was minor, but a small distration.

The daily breakfast was amazing. So much choice, from fresh fruit and muesli, eggs, salads, different curries, chicken, bread, pancakes, fresh juice, the choice was endless. The pool was a welcome sight after a day out sightseeing, or as a daily hang. The location was perfect. We had a great time.

Rooms were not well cleaned every day. Bathroom shower was a bit greasy and not well cleaned while we were there. Most important bed sheets weren’t changed even though i asked the staff couple of times to change them.

The acoustic insulation of the main room door is not good at all — we could easily hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Improving the soundproofing of the doors would make a big difference to guests’ comfort.

Room service usually gets off after 10 pm halal food options should be more or rather the menu should be halal so all can enjoy .

The place was conveniently located on kata beach . 2 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to all main markets and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean… kids loved it with the slides
