Far from everything. Nothing happening in and around the hotel. So only a place for peace and quiet. Expencive to get to and from the hotel (min 600 bath to and from Hua Hin and if you want to go to the Beach for massage, restaurant or entertainment outside free shuttle its 225 bath each Way)

Good apartments. Nice with pools just outside your door. The staff was allways nice and helpful.

A was a bit farther from the beach and no good supermarkets in the neighborhood, you definitely need a car.

We had a strange food experience when eating there however do not know whether it was the food or the water we had that day. So something to be mindful of. This being said had breakfast everyday and it was all fine… over 2 weeks

Knew in advance that the location requires basically your own car. So for me it was not negative but it is good to realize in advance. Bathroom in my room had unpleasant smell, I think it is bad piping.

The large swimming pools around the villa area. The roof top private barbecue. Big room. Clean. Kitchen (came handy for cooking). The breakfast was good and nice view over the pools. And the provided shuttle to your room. Aircon broke during stay but it was quickly fixed! It was quite an ice show for Christmas haha.

The main thing was the water slide condition. It’s a bit old and could use a new coating. We skinned ourselves going down it. Also in our villa one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly. But other than that we had no complaints.

My friends and I enjoyed this resort. They provide shuttle services, laundry services, and other amenities (for a small cost). The food at the restaurant was delicious, as was the free breakfast. The staff were super kind and helpful. We loved our villa. Taking the shuttle into town was easy and we chose to buy some groceries so we had some snacks in our house. Pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming and using the water slide. Also enjoyed the free gym. We went when there weren’t a lot of guests so we felt that made the experience better.

The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant breakfast service from the two female employees was poor on two of the four days we had breakfast at the restaurant. It seemed like they didn’t want to be there at times as they were on their phone or talking to each other instead of acknowledging the customers

The location of the resort, the cleanliness and the professional customer service of the reception and drivers. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The 3 bedroom Villa we had was sufficient for the 5 of us plus we had a huge rooftop area with BBQ, seating, bar area and jacuzzi.

No car rental available so stranded in Resort as just tooo far to walk 20 minutes to the beach and no markets, shops etc. anywhere. Beds were very hard. Air con very noisy and the couch was broken and lumpy, so no comfy seating. Pool area steps could have been cleaner. Slime around the edges. Pool next to room thigh high, so not what was expected.

Breakfast was good, aside from a bit of language difficulty. (Boiled egg instead of fried) . Staff were friendly and eager to help.

Lovely appartment with everything you could possibly need, chilled and relaxing. Paticular mention to Mookkie at reception for her care and help during our stay, also O in the restaurant/bar for his friendly deminer.

WOW. What a nice resort. I stayed here a few times during the last years and it is always a real pleasure. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The reception explained everything during check in and is of great assistance in case you need anything. The house was spacious very comfortable and clean and direct at a huge pool. The best is the restaurant with a great breakfast and very delicious food. Our heartfelt thanks goes to the chef and service staff to accommodate our special wishes. We will be back.

We had been in Thailand since December 17 with my wife and our two sons, including our eldest, Arsène, who has a rare medical condition. His condition requires urgent medical attention if he experiences fever or prolonged fasting, as it can quickly become life-threatening. On January 2, we checked into the Oriental Beach Pearl Resort in Sam Roi Yot, an establishment that seemed like the perfect place to relax and enjoy its large pool. Unfortunately, on the first night, Arsène started suffering from severe vomiting, which required immediate medical intervention. We had to activate our emergency protocol and take him to the nearest hospital in Hua Hin, about an hour away. The hotel was fully informed of the situation since they called a taxi for us at 11 PM. Knowing that hospitalization would take several days, we took all our luggage with us, believing we could handle this difficult situation without any additional stress. To my shock and dismay, despite the life-threatening medical emergency and the fact that we had stayed only one night, the hotel refused any refund, not even a partial one. While I could have understood them keeping part of the payment for the night or other incurred expenses, outright denying any reimbursement in such an exceptional and critical situation is, in my view, unacceptable and deeply lacking in humanity. On top of this, while the hotel may have been beautiful in its prime, it is now aging and poorly maintained. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone hoping to find empathy and proper customer service in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Lack of water in the house upon arrival and unable to reach reception, no phone in the house or people who we could ask. We had to walk to the reception which was quite far. Then no locker key, again we had to walk up to the reception. The next day the house also had no water

The water was turned off 3 x, no shower in the morninf, toilet wouldnt flush, geared more towards large groups, in the middle.of nowhere, you will.need rental car, being.a.solo traveller made everything.overpriced..good for families with rental cars

Nice canal like pools wind through the resort. You can jump in the pool anytime, great pizza! Breakfast buffet, good cqble service. A.c. worked great, staff was quick to fufill requests, albiet at higher prices then anywhere else ihave stayed in thailand
