The resort is set right on the beach, we booked a beach view room which looked directly onto the beach. The gardens are vast and very beautiful but need a little TLC. They have a very nice pool which is clean and well paved. The staff Ying and her husband were very helpful during our stay. The resort is next door to a bar and restaurant which serves food and drink most days and a massage shop is situated at the front. It is also directly opposite a very secure bank and not far from a 7/ 11. The rooms are basic but clean and adequate for a stay. I would definitely recommend for a short- medium stay. The location was perfect, set on the beach for some stunning sunsets. Room was ideal, love the tiles on the floor, kept the room cool during the hot days. The Koala bar next door did some great food but the Walking market was amazing. Great food from just 10bt so a must go.

Was a little bit far away from walking street etc where there’s more restaurants but it wasn’t an issue for us to be honest it’s easy enough to get tuktuks

The room I stayed in had windows facing the road, as a result there was constant noise, including at night scooters passing on the road, which make an infernal noise in the silence of the night, especially since the door to the balcony and the windows were not sealed. So the night's sleep was quite little. The bathroom has a shower located next to the toilet, the shower space not being delimited (there is no shower cubicle or curtain), the water from the shower spreads practically throughout the bathroom, including the toilet. When paying by bank card (which I don't even think can actually be done, I was presented with an option whereby the management of the property has changed, the documents are not finalized and there is no POS yet) the payment of the amount on the booking plus 3% is requested which is the bank's commission for card payment at the POS (I have nothing against it, only that this is not specified anywhere in the reservation, being an unpleasant news that you get at the reception). Unfortunately, only European breakfast was served, when I asked why I couldn't have an Asian breakfast, I was told that most of the guests are European and this is the type of breakfast they choose.

Very nice property, located right on the beach, only the beach area in front of the property cannot be used in the morning because the water recedes and some "dunes" remain on the shore. At noon, the water comes and covers those formations and I saw people in the water in that area, but I didn't try. I preferred a walk on the beach and chose a place where the water was clear and of an extremely beautiful color. Beautiful room, daily cleaning, towels changed, bed made daily, linen changed. Breakfast served next to the properties in a kind of gazebo, overlooking the sea.

The view from our room was really not great, not that we expected and ocean view but...

We had a standard room, not on the street side and it was really quiet. The beach there is quite nice even if not really good for snorkeling.The breakfast was good.

Our room was basic, but it's cheap. Nice balcony. There is a bakery where they bake glutenfree bread. So it's a pitty that they don't serve it with the breakfast if you cannot eat wheat or gluten.

The owner, her family and the staff are very friendly and out there to help you. It's next to the beach. You can lay down and enjoy the view. Garden is nice

We had a villa on the beach and it was amazing! Calm area with good restaurants (Koala Bar is fantastic) and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for those looking for a stay far from parties but still with a bit of a buzz.

The hotel has a clean and nice pool and is close to the beach. The staff was amazing when I forgot my AirPods in the room. I contacted the hotel, and they searched for it twice and shipped it to me in Krabi the next day; they had a very nice staff.

We had a room close to the road that was rather noisy. There was a balcony but not much of an "ocean view"(overlooking the road) . The bungalows closer to the beach looked like better location. The room had seen better days.. Needed some paint work and the bathroom door was hard to close
