United KingdomOn Booking.com, it stated that payment was needed before arrival and that cash was no acceptable. Neither of these things turned out to be true.
This was a great place to stay. The room was modern, clean and had just about everything we could have asked for (a plug socket at each side of the bed would have been a bonus). The communal areas were to the same standard and offered different options for relaxing. Close to night markets and the green baht bus could be hailed right outside the hotel to go into town. The beach was a short walk (about 10 minutes). The swimming pool was modern and clean, tho a bit cold (I don't think it got much/any direct sun). A small coffee shop attached to the front of the hotel was nice.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The breakfast is simple and delicious. We particularly love the swimming pool area , we enjoyed sitting there . Cicada market , tamarind market n beach are just opposite .restaurant, pub and massage nearby. Abt 150 to 200 bath taking tuk tuk fm this hotel to bluport and hua hin market very convenient. Hightly recommended.

All was good. This was a last minute booking and we were looking for a quiet, affordable stop to break up the journey to the south. The room was comfortable and very clean. The design was pleasant and interesting. We had to check out before 8 and we were told that breakfast would be served at 7 so we went at 7 and were told that it would start at 8. However, on explaining that we needed to leave early, they accommodated us well, made us breakfast and resolved the issue. All in all, a comfortable, affordable, clean and pleasant stay.

ThailandI disliked the slight negligence in room details. For example, seams between the sink and walls in the bathroom are very prominent, etc. Probably, rooms need some renovation. Also the breakfast was very simple, not so much options to choose from. I’d love to see more fruits and vegetables.

This hotel located just in the corner from Cicada Market. Unfortunately we were there on weekdays, but there is also Pub and Restaurant „ La Bierra“ next to the hotel if you like live music. During our stay, we booked the room for 2 Adults ans 2 Kids and the room was really big! 2 separate bathroom with toilette. Our kids was so happy with Bunkbed. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also nice! You can choose your own dish, but still more of thai style breakfast on small buffet line too.

ThailandBreakfast, definitely can be an upgrade here, protein options are very limited and the buffet is very small with not many options to choose from. Across the road is a bar which goes on till 12am, you do hear it a little in the rooms but if its something that may bother you the hotel even supplies ear plugs :)
Brilliant hidden hotel thats very well designed, sort of stands out from the usual hotel designs, right in front of the hotel is a wonderful coffee shop that is the perfect little spot to pop out your laptop and get some work done in a well light comforting environment. Top it off the hotel is a mere 5min walk to the cicada / tamarind markets.

ThailandThe initial room I was given was shockingly dirty, as if it has been abandoned for months. It seems like someone had left the window slightly open and forgot about it, there was bird poops everywhere on the floor and on the bed. I immediately inform the reception and was given a different room which was fine. The music noise from nearby bar was a bit annoying, but tolerable if you keep the window closed, they stop at exactly midnight every night. My friend also came after and stayed one night and the aircon in their room was broken, only warm air coming out. They need to do a better job at room maintainance and make sure the rooms are ready before guests arrival.
Convenient location, very close to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market. Not far from Blueport shopping mall, about 7min by car. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best beds I've slept in a hotel. Breakfat was ok, very standard Thai selections. There is a small pool, which is good for a quick dip or for small children. Nicely decorated with modern style.

Singapore1. Service - one of male receptionist on day duty was not very friendly. The Cafe Dee (cafe infront of hotel presumably belongs to them as well) young girl was lacking of service too; not smiley and a bit can't be bothered type of attitude when taking orders. (Coffee and Ice cream was good though) The receptionists on day two of my stay and night duty were much more friendly and helpful. 2. Water pressure in the Bunk Bedroom was a little weak.
Breakfast exceeded my expectation! We were asked to choose one breakfast type (Set A was sausage and eggs; Set B is ham and cheese omelette; Set C was meatball porridge - we had Set B and Set C - Delicious!). I thought we would be served one set each and that's it but they included a buffet table of spoonful chicken rice (with chicken), fried vermicelli, dim sum, cornflakes, milk, fruits too! Buffet table food is bite size serving but delicious. I stayed at Family Suite, it was extremely big and well designed (you can close up the rooms to separate Master Bedroom from Bunk Bedroom - for kid); Master Room bed is extremely big - can sleep 3 comfortably if you have another child. Location is good - not far from eateries, massage, shopping area, night market and beaches. Pool clean. There is a cafe and bar just infront of the hotel. Very reasonable rate for this boutique find. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
