The shower hose was leaking. The toilet had a weak flush. They did not fix those things.

The women's dorm was good though. The noise from boxing gym was not too loud.

It’s in the middle of the party area of Phi Phi, so it was a bit loud. But they give you earplugs for free!!

The beds are big and each bedroom has a en-suite bathroom.

Lockers were a bit small and no secure luggage storage to leave your bags if you arrive early/depart later. The other girls in my room attached a shower filter which flooded the bathroom every time one showered too (which isn’t the staff’s fault but just be mindful if you use a shower filter).

Property is in a great location and the facilities are modern. Black out curtains are great and although there is a gym and a boxing ring downstairs, the sound does not travel up to the rooms.

Great! Right in the centre or everything so a perfect location, people complained in previous reviews about the noise from the street but I personally heard nothing. Downstairs is a gym so sometimes it’s noisy from people dropping weights but nothing too bad.

Rooms are pretty cramped especially the 4 bedroom dorm. Low water pressure with the showers. Can hear all of the noise from the gym right downstairs and the stadium next door. No common area so not social but I managed to make friends anyways.

The rooms are very clean, staff is friendly, beds are very comfortable :)

The place has not a lobby or any table where u can seat to eat sth or talk with someone like in every hostel ground flor is the gym and the room very small like a cell

!!! my key broke !!! Either the key they gave me to the building didn’t work or the lock was broken, but at 1am I came back to the hostel thinking i would be locked out all night. A gem of a human helped me find someone to help - if this happens to you GO TO THE REGGAE FIGHTING BAR and ask for assistance! there’s a woman there with her own key who can help you out.(: no windows; not only super disorienting but paired w/ no fire alarm made me feel nervous, -does not seem safe in the case of a fire- -no drying racks or hooks -no soap in bathroom -only half a roll of TP for 4 people and no restock -veryy tiny & cramped room,, hard to be in at the same time as others! Almost 0 floor space in the room we were in -no common space to meet others -loud!! late nights from the clubs downstairs & early mornings from the weight lifters.

Lovely people working, brand new western amenities like a beautiful bathroom & new clean beds. beds are spacious & cozy, A/C worked well, plenty of under the bed storage

There is a gym below and they workout until after 11pm, and it is located right next to reggae bar so this is not a place for people that are noise sensitive.

Definitely looks like they put a lot of work on making these rooms. The fact that there's no common areas makes it even quieter depite the noise of the bar outside. You get free earplugs at reception.

Nice staff, nice rooms. The only female dorms in phi phi Island. Quite and clean. I read another bad reviews from another guests, however it surprised me that they are very wrong. Before booking this place, the hostel warns everyone about the noise of the bars around, and the gym downstairs. There is nothing to complain if you accept this conditions.

Beds are very comfortable. Nice curtains that block all lights of the room. great location and great staff who give earplugs for free at reception to avoid the noise from outside and from the gym. Beautiful toilets with led mirrors, and showers separate from WC and sink like are western style.

Really small 4 bedroom room. No common room, just the space in your bedroom. No free drinking water or a towel etc. bathroom was nice and modern but didn’t like that the water drains from the shower under to the sink, so the bathroom floor gets wet. It’s right across from reggae bar, so some noise is heard at night but I found it find and they provide free ear plugs. It does the job and is okay for a night or two if you want an affordable stay.
