The lights are not enough at night.

The house location is pretty nice, can just walk few mins to reach lots of massage. The house staff helped us take luggage upstairs to the room. The facilities, cutlery and extra are enough to stay for the few days, and they are CLEAN. Thanks

Even it is pricy, the location is so great to go anywhere to the sightseeing. Nearby there are plenty of good Cafe, massage shop, and food!

The electrical box in our room had some weird spark noises sometimes.

Staffs were super friendly and very attentive to our need, room is clean and comfy. Location was great, walkable distance to a lot of tourist spots and very easy to navigate around the neighbourhood.

Very nice aesthetic and clean, simple but has everything you need. Good location, and great burger joint right next door. If you need a larger space than a hotel room I would 10/10 recommend.

Parking on the street was a bit of a trouble, but that comes with the territory.

Spacious, good location. Nice espresso shop next-door. Beast burger next-door was great as well (same owner as Nord).

A couple small maintenance items were not resolved but they were minor. There is some noise from security gates and surroundings.

Plenty of space and quite comfortable with a Japanese zen vibe. Well located in the center of Nimman. An attached excellent burger restaurant. Daily housekeeping if you want it.

Louvered wall separation between lounge area and sleeping area is interesting. One could not socialize in the lounge area or use the television if others were trying to sleep.

Great location, easy to find, quick responses from the staff at Beast Burger. Very large room, more than enough space to spend time indoors, much bigger than an average hotel room. Convenient to walk to many bakeries, café's, and restaurants.

A comfortable, open plan condo in a brilliant location. This is our accommodation of choice in Chiang Mai and we have stayed here 6 times now and will stay there again.

The only con was that you can hear traffic so if you're a light sleeper it might not be for you.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The location was great and the decor pleasant. It's excellent for longer stays. The service was great as well!

If you get annoyed by the sounds of the airplanes passing by every now and then, this could be an issue, it wasn't for us :) I believe this is anyway an issue around the whole Nimman neighborhood. Something we missed (and is our fault as we didn't realize it was like that until we arrived) is that there are no stoves, so you're limited with what you can do in the kitchen. The upside is that the offer of restaurants around is high, so you'd barely use it - if you're an international in Chiang Mai.

The place itself was great! The location is very good for a lot of restaurants. It was quite calm. Highly recommended! We stayed there for 10 nights.

Many not suitable for elderly since the penthouse studio is on the 4th floor with no elevator. And also if you need to be hurry in the morning , there’s only 1 bathroom

The room is veryyy spacious and also the location is perfect. Many restaurants and cafes are in walking distances. Staffs are also very nice.

You have to go up 4 flights of stairs, which is someone's a bit hard in the heart of the day

This loft was fantastic. We loved the design and it was in the heart of nimman. The burgers from the restaurant were also amazing.

The penthouse is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so you get fit while you are there.

internet was a big problem. they were communicating about the issue but if you need to work I would double check with them that it has been resolved if it is super important for work like it was for me. issue was in early December 2022.

huge room, great quality everything, so comfortable for a longer stay. location is great, staff was great. it was sooooo nice relaxing on a good couch like I was at home.

Nothing, this is our third time staying here, we love this place and will continue to book it in future.

This is a home away from home, this spacious condo is great for extended visits where you don’t want to live out of a suitcase in small hotel rooms. It is a very comfortable and quiet space and the beds are great. it is located in the heart of Nimman and close to many great restaurants and coffee shops.

Very noisy, The bed area faces right to the street, so you will hear every time when motorcycles and vehicles pass-by. The kitchen of burger shop plays music for nearly the entire day until it closes at late night, which guarantees you hear it when you sit in the sofa. Teens may also party at night, and since no one station at the reception in the mid night, you may hear them talking and laughing on the street and no one stop them. The drainage system in the bathroom also smells quite bad.

Spacious, the location is brilliant. Overall the staff is friendly, and facilities are nice.
