The best place that we've been. Grate breakfast, beautiful sweeming pools. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the staff is very nice and care. We are sure that on the next time we will stay here.

View of pool and sea but also all the AC units on the building in front, a little screen would make it perfect. The free shuttle to Chaweng runs at 4pm, and returns 4.15pm, not great for going out in the evening but taxis and tik Tues were inexpensive.

Beautiful resort, the pools were stunning. Built on a very steep hill but there are multiple buggies to take you to and from your room. Had an issue with the fridge, it was dealt with immediately and the staff were very polite and efficient.

1. The Wifi was hardly working, every hour was disconnecting. 2. The location was far from the city center, even thought it’s in “Chaweng beach” but it’s in north of the beach, which is far around 10 mins by car. 3. It’s not indeed “beachfront”, the beach is rocky and you can’t swim there! We tried to walk 30 mins on the beach just to find a good(and clean) beach to swim. 4. If you want to walk outside the hotel, you just CAN’T, dark outside without lights, there is no sidewalk for people- only cars and it’s dangerous. 5. Also the grab is actually expensive there! For 4 mins by car they took 300 TBH, like what? I thought the Hotel will arrange shuttle services during the day specially because of their location.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly, and they put me a birthday cake for my birthday.

We thought the hotel is starting to show its age and its calling for a refresh. Considering that the hotel location is not close to any attractions the shuttle option is very limited ( once a day in one direction only)

Beautiful resort, not the best location but easy to get taxis. Great for relaxing as the pools are amazing. I wouldn't recommend for families with young kids or people with mobility issues as not much to do besides swim and eat and can be difficult with getting around on the buggies as the whole property is on a steep hill but for adults who want to just rest and relax it was amazing. The staff drive the buggies (golf cart) to get you around the property and they are helpful amd friendly.. (Still steps etc which could be hard for prams)

It's a slightly remote location, if you want to roam around outside of the property there's not much to do. The night market and night life is a little farther away and you'll have to take a cab to get there.

The resort was phenomenal. Everything exceeded our expectations from the room to the breakfast to the service. We booked the sea facing villa which had a huge bedroom, opens to the private pool and overlooks the sea. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious (the bath had 2 standing showers and 1 bath tub) and even the private pool was pretty huge. The facility is in great condition and everything worked fine. The breakfast was very grand and had a lot of options. We were greeted with welcome drinks and since we were on our honeymoon, we got complementary cake and decor for the room. We couldn't do a dinner at the beach (needs to be booked separately) so they were kind enough to setup a table in our villa. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and amazing views.
