Very welcoming staff, great location with a lot of vegetation, very nice pool with a easy to use towel system, divers breakfast menu, room very comfortable.

Unfortunately the beach was closed due to storm damage and the need for repairs. The hotel management as compensation offered complimentary dinner every night plus one free spa or the option to check in to their 5 star hotel just 500 meters away. We chose to stay and still had a wonderful time …dinner was exceptional !

I was told a broken pipe was the cause of no water in my villa for two days out of the five I was there. Also, the phone didn’t work off and on for a couple days.

It was peaceful.

There was renovation work taking place on the beach by the pool. This involved a large JCB digger which was noisy. I went to a different hotel during the day to use the pool at the beach bar. I was not warned about this disruption before arriving.

Lovely room which was spacious and a very good shower. Shhets were changed regularly. The grounds are well-established and very nicely maintained by the garden staff. A very nice pool.

The breakfast was poor. 5 varieties of bread, all stale, for the 11 days of our stay. Be better if they had 1 bread option that was fresh. Same for the crossiants etc. Streaky bacon over cooked, couldnt cut it. No grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, or hash browns. Coffee was nice, eggs were fine but besides that, disappointing choice. When you ordered food from the menu for lunch / dinner, it was tasty / very good, so odd breakfast was lacking.

The pool villa room was great. Pretty hotel and nice staff. Lovely main pool.

Accommodation villas pricey, basic inside although homely. Although they are cleaned daily, the decor appears tired. Needs a refresh. Mattress was hard as a board, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in every night. Child's bed, old and tired and hard. There are no drawers to unpack clothes, too lacking in storage space. The overhead shower needs descaling or replacing. Food was at a good standard but overpriced. Spa was a good standard but massively overpriced when looking in town at other places cost double.

Beautiful location, 5 mins from airport. Beautiful surroundings, staff were wonderful, very accommodating! Beach and pool wonderful. Food is a good standard. Shout out to Toto at the pool bar, who serviced us the best cocktails and really looked after us.

Our bathroom smelt of sewage all day and had to keep the bathroom door constantly closed called maintenance they sprayed air freshener and walked out

The buy one get one free system at happy hour give you one drink and then have to ask for the next one when your ready then charge you again for the same drink after questioning my bill many times and proving the waiter wrong on many occasions and nearly being charged an extra $180 as per drinks that were incorrect barman was very rude and unhelpful after that so didn’t ruin my holiday just found this system undesirable I wasn’t the only guest this was happening to

The fitness centre was minimal. Reasonable mix of weights but only one cardio machine, a treadmill. Should add a cross trainer and a couple of bikes Hard to get a pool/beach lounges in the shade. People would put towels/belongings lounges in best locations and leave them there all day but go else where for long periods. Other resorts manage that and clear towels/belongings from lounges if they are clearly not being used for long periods

Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet was great. Could be more variety in fresh fruit. Dinner was excellent.

Rooms perhaps a little dated. Beach area was not clean and you couldn’t swim in the sea. Gym perhaps a little small but at least it had one.

Amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms with nice outside porch area to relax in. Beautiful grounds which were always maintained! The spa and spa treatments were amazing!! Food was delicious.
