Only one issue was the mattress to the double bedroom across from the master bedroom side. It has passed it wear and tear time. Uncomfortable sleep to one of our family members.

The local staff at the Villa were very helpful. You have one free taxi ride per day up to 6pm to the local area. After 6pm until 9pm 100 baht each journey. Property located in a quiet area of Ao Nang. Away from the main shopping strip and bars

It would have been good to have our towels changed every other day. When we asked for new towels they were freely given but with 8 people it was hard to keep track of whose pool towel was whose.

Our host Joy was amazing. She gave us her number and seemed to be around all the time if we had questions. I misread the booking and thought we had one free shuttle to beach but this was unlimited during certain hours. Amazing service. We enjoyed being out of the town centre. Having our own pool was incredible.

Next doors outside kitchen area, right outside the master ensuite bedroom window! Shower head not able to fix in position. No shade for parked vehicles, or pool use . Sleeping for 8, but only enough chairs inside for 6 or only 4 outside when eating.

Owners were great and it was away from the business but not too far away. Cab is available at the end of the street and tuk tuks to come back are easy.

The kitchen is not very well equipped. There were were not enough forks for all of us to eat and no cutting board for food preparation. Also: no bread toaster and no wine glasses. The house needs some TLC: the walls have mold and need some fresh paint and most of the light bulbs are burned out.

We enjoyed the quiet location and the pool. We used the BBQ area few times for dinner, which was a nice bonus as we like homemade meals. The house was spacious enough for our group of 8 people.

The house is a bit run down and could use a few renovations. I wished we had been told more about the “rules and regulations” of the villa from the host as we had a few miscommunications during our stay.

The location is perfect if you rent a few motorbikes for your time there. Nopparathara is a 20 minute walk from the house and there’s a Mother’s Marche (supermarket) for all your groceries around a 10 minute walk away.

We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, and we were absolutely blown away by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire villa is on one level, but there’s plenty of space — it felt like a real home away from home for our group. The layout was ideal: one bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, two more bedrooms with king beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. The shared bathroom was convenient, and there was air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the living room. The pool gets sunshine most of the day and the water temperature was perfect — even at midnight! While it’s not huge, it was more than enough for our group of five guys to hang out, cool off, and enjoy meaningful conversations. The only minor downside was the low lighting around the pool at night, but it’s still lit enough to enjoy a swim after dark. A BBQ is available upon request — just reach out to the owner, who was super responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Whether we needed advice, help with the BBQ, or wanted to arrange the free shuttle to the beach or Ao Nang town, she was always helpful. The shuttle is a great bonus, especially since the villa is located a bit away from the beachfront. A 3,000 THB cash deposit is required at check-in and is refunded at check-out if there’s no damage. A late check-out is also possible for an additional fee, depending on availability. Note that this is not a hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included — but they do offer an airport transfer service, which was very convenient. All in all, a perfect place for a group of friends or a family to relax in privacy and comfort while enjoying the Krabi area!

Stayed with a friend of 7 adults, Villa was simply awesome. clean, private and had great amenities. Had a nice private pool. Air-conditioned rooms with comfy beds and all of us felt like home. and it's worth the value. Before our check-in..whenever we were asking something about the villa we got a very quick response from Rebecca with proper details and guidance, Will definitely come back to Relax Pool Villas for another stay and we will recommend it to our Travel Agency guest as well...

All is good. But some guide to those who doubt to choose this place : Transportation is provided, but if you want night outing (beyond 6 pm) using Grab or Bolt would be available. Return trip from AoNang or Krabi Town, just take the Tuk-Tuk. Breakfast is not provided, but you can order from Food Panda or Grab apps with a lot of options at affordable price, as early as 7 am.

The host is very responsive and the property provides ample quiet space for family vacation. It is secluded and fully gated, so you can enjoy privacy. Internet TV is provided with access to Netflix. If you need to cook, all utensils are provided.

The host didn't provide towel change although I stayed for 3 nights. They did only after repeatedly requested it. The host managed it from distance and let the cleaner to arrange. The host rejected to change the towel and we had to wash it at the laundry. They provided fresh towel only after we came back from water activity which had little use by then. The location is about 3 to 5km from tourist spot and you need transportation. They said will provide one time shuttle service per day. We didn't manage to use it throughout the stay as the driver is not available due to personal reasons. When we provided the feedback to the host. She said she take the welfare and health of her staff seriously which come at the expense of customer's service. The service is not available until further notice. I feel the host provided very poor customer experience and repeatedly say they are self contained villa and not hotel. So please don't expect much as this is self contained villa if you book this. There are plenty of choices nearer to the beach. I would recommend you to do more survey before deciding.

No washing machine. The drying rack is very small. Every room in the hotel has a billboard advertising motorcycle rental. It's a cooperative motorcycle rental company. This company is very bad. The bike we rented had bruises. It's just rub damage to the casing. Made us pay $500. Then we asked the locals. A damage like this would normally cost $50. We suspect that the hotel and the motorcycle rental company are colluding in fraud.

Amazing place!! Owners are very nice, they helped with everything we needed, I recommend this place to anyone who comes to Krabi. The village is fully equiped with pool etc.
