How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There is now construction from 09.00 to 17.00 at 30 meters from hotel

The staff were nice, and the location was good as well. The room was spacious and a bit old, but it was acceptable given the price. It was clean. However, there was a somewhat sad ambiance when we entered.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Scooter rentals possible. The room was cleaned every day and upon request. Everything important within walking distance.

It's a quiet and cosy apartment. Located outside of the mainroad. The staff is very friendly. Welcomed us nicely even Helped us with the luggage. Asked us where we wanted the room. The price is very affordable and location is also near to the walking street and songthaw transport. They allowed us to do early checkin by 2 hours which is very fantastic. The bathroom and room is also clean and well maintained. They have daily room cleaning and toiletry and water bottle are Changed daily.

Location is down an alley and the alleys around that area did not feel safe and had escorts down them during the day and night. It didn't feel like a very touristy area and not much seemed to be owned by Thai people.
The rooms had aircons and fans so the room was always kept nice and pleasant. No elevator but the stairs were not very steep so it was manageable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay! Very large and spacious room and all amenities ( TV, refrigerator, AC ). Room cleaning and free water bottles will be provided everyday during your stay. Guest friendly hotel. Best hotel in pattaya and near to walking street and beach. Bike rental available here but should be booked earlier.

The clean and reception staff are amazing...Clean and tidy rooms. The rooms are big. Location is great, close by the walking street, Buddha mountain, beach road and the stylish Hilton hotel @ Pattaya.

I'd only stay here if you really really want to be near walking street and the disgusting party and s*xpat culture that comes with it. I came for a special event outside of the center, and since I only planned to attend that and not really do anything else in Pattaya, I didn't research enough about different neighborhoods around Pattaya, I just picked this place based on price and positive reviews. At night, as a solo female, I didn't feel comfortable walking around by myself, which is really uncommon around Thailand. (I lived in the country for 4 years) During the day, the staff often sat just outside my room having loud conversations or phone calls, even though this was just a stairway and not a porch or living room area. It was a bit annoying. When I asked politely that they maybe have conversation somewhere else, they were cooperative but receptionist seemed to have a bit of an attitude about it.
Huge comfortable apartment for a great price.

The manager/owner is nice. At first glance she seems strict but i got a vibe of good hearted experienced school teacher from her. I liked her. She has been running the hotel for 30 years. Our room was NN1 which was kind of a villa. we were lucky to get that as it was more than what we paid for. Everything was perfect. Will definitely visit again.

Few mosquitoes inside the room and few cockroaches outside were spotted around the apartment daily. Other than that its a good stay.
For the price it was worth it and close to beach side. Rooms were big and the ac was cold enough.

WiFi was very bad. Singalong often dropped but mainly speed was terrible, I struggled to watch YouTube. Could do with some drawers or shelves for better clothes storage
