No key for the room so anyone had access at all times, staff would enter the room without knocking

The bathroom smelt bad, it was leaking from the ceiling. The toilet was blocked for 2 days. Bathroom was rundown. The room smelt pretty bad too.

I couldn’t work out how to get the aircon off the timer but I only stayed for one night so I didn’t ask for help, the WiFi wasn’t great.

Very friendly, clean, powerful shower and comfortable bed the staff were also lovely I enjoyed my stay.close to pier was great as I left the next day

My bed had bedbugs, there was no shower curtain so the bathroom was always wet whenever someone showered, the guy working there was for the most part very unhelpful and dismissive, and sometimes even rude, like he didn't want to be there, no social at all.

When I was there, I went there with my friend, but we booked the room separated, the reception said he didn't see my booking, and it was very hard to communicate, then we called the hotel owner, after that everything was fine.

The location is good, near the pier and the 7-11 nearby.

The bed was very uncomfortable and we heard about bed bugs being in another room. We had a three person room, luckily without bed bugs.

The location was great. Also there was a fan and a air conditioner which we liked very much.

Toilets very very simple but the smell in the hostel was very unpleasant. After discovering bed bugs in my bed I got another room unfortunately there were there as well. I hope they do something about it.

I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights, however I discovered bed bugs in my bed after this first night. Guy working at the reception was very nice and helpful, I got a refund for my booking. Location was decent, close to pier and all dive shops.

The televisión was blocked, and we couldn't play even Netflix on our account, youtube, or whatever. The room floor was dirty, and the toilet lid was broken. Any toilet paper. The bathroom floor becomes a mess after the first bath, and the cloak in the shower doesn't swallow well the water making a pool at your feet.

Bathroom in the room not really a good idea sometimes this one, the door is really bad because of the wood /water issue there is no door or shower curtain so there is water everywhere in the bathroom When you share with 4 others, you don't really want to put your feet in all this water!! Maybe curtain for the upper bed could be nice too, because on the top we have all the light when the other person go to the shower, outside..

Asked to get the room cleaned (we were staying a week) and they basically just emptied the bin and didn’t restock toilet roll or even sweep the floor When we left the property, we accidentally left a set of airpods on the bed. Went back for them a couple hours later and they “hadn’t been found” despite knowing full well where they had been left.

Bedrooms advertised as ensuites but we couldn't use the toilet in ours so had to go to another room to use toilet. The shower in the room was not good, barely any water comes out, light didn't work in one of the other bathrooms. Far from night life and the main area of Koh Tao, a hilly 20 min walk. Most of the floor tiles in reception were broken

The beds were very comfortable and was convenient for the last night as was close to the pier.
