The staff was lovely, cleaned up everyday the room. The stairs ans corners of the place can be a bit more clean/polished… maybe they are short in staff. The location is good as long as you have a bike. We enjoyed our time there!

The private room was clean and very comfortable. We got water, coffee and clean towels every day. The location is also great, near the port but a short scooter ride to other parts of the island. We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 8 days.

Location of this property is ideal. Near everything but not near anything to noisy. Walking distance to mostly everything. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

The Wifi was patchy Only 1 toilet and one shower for 10 people is a bit tough. yo have to walk down to the other dorms bathrooms. That being said, they were very clean I checked out at 7am for the ferry but didnt get my key/towel deposit back as the office wasnt open. The option was to return these things the day before but I needed a key to get in my room as I came back after rception was closed and wanted to shower in the mornning. I think if the deposit is as much as a nights accom there should be away of getting it back especially as the ferries run at that time

very comfortable bed with lots of privacy. the blind is slightly see through but with the black out curtains in the room its very dark. The aircon worked really well Great location, just up from the piere. I really liked the roof space and having a little kitchen up there is a bonus

For a hostel, I am very happy with Nirvana. It was clean, great shared rooftop and enough personal space to make yourself comfortable. Would come again.

We caught norovirus here, don’t know whether the hostel can do anything about it but it made us wonder how thorough they cleaned everything.

The dorms had a lot of privacy because of the walls you were surrounded with. Also good A/C and many showers/toilets. Everything looked new.

We extended an extra night- had paid. Then on that day was called when we were diving to tell us that all of our stuff had been moved and demanded to check out. This obviously caused stress and we were told we hadn’t extended. This was sorted out, although should not have happened.

Might have warranted a higher rating had this not been the first ever accommodation I've stayed in that make you pay for a shower after you leave. Location wasn't the best either, a good 20-30 minute walk from the main nightlife, but I knew that going into it

Great hotel with water given to you every day. I liked the location as it was a little bit away from the main town but easy walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. Lovely fresh fruit and juice stand next door.

The staff was okay. Not too bad but not too good. The location is not in the tourist- / party places. If you want to go out in the evening you should look for another place more in the north at the beach.

Aircon was set on a mode to turn off after 10 minutes and stay off for awhile, eventually managed to change this. Very strict on rules

Bed and pillow in room A is exceptionall. I rarely find such comfy beds in a private accommodation, let alone hostel. Staff clean facilities every day. Very nice and large terrace on roof
