The problem with the rooms is that the curtains don’t cover the sunlight so if you are a light sleeper , I would reconsider because at 7 AM you have full on light. The place itself was really nice. It was right on the beautiful beach. Big rooms, even the cheapest one.

While the location was perfect and the sea view was beautiful, we were disappointed with the room itself. It was much smaller and simpler than expected, especially considering we paid substantially more for an upgraded room with a sea view. Compared to other rooms, it didn’t feel like it matched the price difference.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—exactly what we needed and very close to the Chabad House. The room was cozy, and the beautiful sea view made it even more special. We arrived earlier than expected, and to our surprise, the room was ready for check-in even though we hadn’t requested it. Everything was smooth and convenient.

The location of the Nice Sea resort is excellent. We loved the beach and the beach cafe. It is beautiful there and at times we didn't want to be anywhere else. We also rented a motorbike from the resort and used that to get around the island. The staff were lovely and made our stay that much better. We would stay at the Nice Sea Resort again!

Bed was set up on a high platform so it was difficult getting up & down. Also, bed was hard but pillows ok. No fridge.

It was super expensive, around 4500 bht a night! and at that price i would expect that laundry or breakfast would be included, and bed could be more comfortable

The walk into to the hotel was a little concerning. You have to walk through a dirt Carpark, behind a few houses/laundries to get to it, so it’s a very odd entrance. The room itself was ok, but very basic.

The bathroom was quite run down. Also I had a lot of ants in my bungalow. This can happen due to food in the bungalows or the climate, however you could also take measurements to improve this situation. In general the place was clean, but needs quite some improvements. I was there during peak season and the price is way too high for what you get.

The location is perfect. Even though quiet at the beach, you can easily reach all restaurants in town. The little terrace for the bungalow is super cute and nice to chill in the evening.

This was our second time in the Nice Sea Resort so we obviously quite like it. The location is perfect, the beach is really nice, the staff is very helpful and nice. This is one of the very few beaches In koh phangan that you can still enjoy even if the weather is not great that day. We have been to Koh Phangan more times than we can count now and the Nice Sea Resort is our go-to place. The location is great, the north and south of the island are equally far away so its easy to go anywhere. The facilities are good. I love the terrace in the bungalows. We'll be back.

Shower was horrible. Weak stream of water. Beach was dirty. There was a time (in the morning) , they can clean it but didn’t do it. And that mess was spinning constantly in the water. The sunbeds for guests were used by people from the beach and no one was there to deal with it. sometimes we had nowhere to lie down. The entrance to the hotel is scary and uncomfortable.

The main thing that ruined this perfect experience for me was the WiFi. Next to it being slow, most of the time, it didn’t even work. So, even if I wanted to get some work done, I couldn’t. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was broken. I reported this to head staff, was told that someone would come and check it, waited, and unfortunately no one came. Although my stay was short, I wouldn’t say the price I paid, or was being offered to extend my stay, matched the value. These two issues took away from the overall experience and played a major role in my decision not to extend my stay.

The location was amazing, being able to wake up, step outside and have the beach right there was a blessing. There were a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, bike rentals, etc. all within walking distance. The resort also provided laundry service which was great and took that burden off of my hands. However, it’s easy to find other laundry services outside of the resort too.

Bungalows didn’t feel very private as they are all in one long line. Also windows on 3 sides so we had curtains shut most of the time.

The place is in a perfect location, basically on the beach. You will enjoy the perfect sunsets there. I lived in an older house and it was perfect for me. It's quiet, picturesque, clean and well-maintained. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.
