It's not my first time at Neo Hotel, I found the some receptionist every year, I done breakfast at Buffet just 100 mt. walking at price now 120 Thb. The amenities in room working. The Songhtew is always at 10 Thb and if you want to go in downtown Pattaya, you have to walk until the Theeprasit road, because for the next months, there are work in progress at the beachroad of Jomtien. Outside the Hotel, can find more Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Money Exchange, Bank, Farmacy and Pub it like some Hemingways.

We didn't see any CCTV cameras in the corridors, so we felt unsafe leaving our passports and money. There was a safebox mounted to the wall. A rug by the bathroom would have been good to prevent bathroom water from getting into the bedroom floor.

We were on a diving trip. We simply needed a room for the night and take showers. It was centrally located within a few steps from the Bhat bus routes. It was easy to get to and back from the Real Diver shop. The 7-Eleven about 100m was convenient for grabbing snacks and beverages before leaving the shores to the dive sites.

The only problem was the water pressure and no hot water. A renovation/ re-decoration of the rooms to brighten it up and fresh curtains that fit the windows.

The walls have need to repainting. Safety box I use with key. After raining I find a lot of water in room.

I stay here for the third time. Neo can reach with songhtew from center Pattaya with 10 thb. Or with Airport Bus at level 1 door 8, and exit at last stop at Jomtien bus station. From here catch the songhtew and push the bottom at arch of the entry in Jomtien. See the hotel on the left. Staffs very friendly some another times. Room cleaning every day with change towels and replace bottles of water. Breakfast is at 100 mt. with Buffet, only 100 Thb.

The bedding was clean, but it had an oder, almost like it wasn't in the dryer long enough after being washed?

Front desk was very nice and helpful. I loved how quiet it was in my room on the 3rd floor. The towels were newer and soft. It was nice to have a lift, and it worked very well.

The room faced another apartment block, and no sheers on the windows, just heavy curtains. So I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, and lights on during the day. Hotels is a little run down.

Neo hotel is at the entry of Jomtien. So is easy to find songthaew, with 10 THB bring you in centre Pattaya or south Jomtien. There is a breakfast at 100 mt. inside the Jomtien Residence, at cost of 100 THB, can enjoy the buffet. Elevator for all floors, and acces of at hotel for wheelchair. The receptionists is very helpfull.

No matter where I travel, my laptop is always with me as I'm a strong user, and Wifi is an absolute requirement for me. During the last week of my stay, Wifi was often not available and I had to purchase mobile data from DTAC, a mobile operator. Fridge too small!!

The water was not hot enough for taking shower!!! I was not feeling comfortable at all. I Informed the staff many times but no action was taken. The Wifi didn't work for 4 days before checkout. Despite repeated complaints to staff, no action was taken and I had to buy mobile data to do my work.
