Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This resort is in a wonderful location riverside. It is beautifully kept , we were upgraded, and our villa had a separate bath area, separate dressing area, and bath and shower. The room decor and style is very tastefully done in a local Thai style. Breakfast was very good and healthy. The restaurant area is lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Parking is good, and waterfalls and tourist attractions are all nearby. Wonderful.
