The restaurant has a set menu... Same every day... Also the resort is quite far from pattaya Beach and main city. The beach in the front seems man made as during low tide the sand is all black...

Everything was very good. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with a large variation. The room was comfortable. The only thing we missed was a cupboard or a dresser to unpack all our clothes but housekeeping brought us a few more hangers which solved the problem.

We stayed for 10 nights in a private pool villa for 70000 baht .When we checked in I asked the manager if our room was available for an extra night ,making it 11 nights .He checked and said yes ,you can have for 3400 baht .I thought this was a great price ,so I said yes.I asked him to print out the confirmation for the extra night and he said he would do it ,but hadn’t done it by the time we left to check in .He also forgot to give us back our passports .Next day I went to reception and it was his day off .They knew nothing about the extra night booking but come in the following day and see him .I did that and then he said the 3400 baht was for the basic room in the resort and I misunderstood him .Why would a manager give me a rate for the basic room when I asked could I extend for an extra night in the pool villa room where we were staying for 10 nights ?I told him that was very bad on his part .When we checked out 10 days later ,guess what? Our room had nobody coming in that night and that unprofessional manager cost his owner 3400 baht.It would have been good P R of him to do the right thing and let us stay in that room for his quoted price of 3400 baht .On principal ,we will never go there again

Pillows are uneven and clumpy. I prefer at least one memory foam pillow to be available. Gym was very small and lacked a rowing machine and a chest machine.

The reception and cleaners were very helpful and professional. Management and reception were exceptionally efficient and professional in handling any problems. Breakfast was more than excellent. Good, clean pool, and cozy beach.

The hotel itself is a proper art gallery where displays a wide range of arts from pre-modern to contemporary collections all around the hotel. We stayed at a pool villa and had a peaceful rest. Their breakfast lineup might not have many option but packed with decent protein from river prawns to pork ribs.

Although the design of the hotel is very tasteful it is often not the most practical. Rooms are big but in reality because of unpractical design there is not much space in them. A bad placed in the middle of the room is perhaps a nice idea for the Instagram but in practice it takes too much space, which could be utilised differently. The same with the huge bathtub in the middle of the room. Again, it looks cool but it’s useless as this space could be used to put there a decent couch with a table. Also the concept of “open bathroom” with just curtains separating it from the rest of the room is perhaps trendy but unpractical as most people prefer a bit more privacy in the bathroom.

The hotel has the nice big swimming pool surrounded with pleasant green area. The service is friendly. The sea view rooms have a specious balconies with a good view. The design of the hotel is very tasteful.
