United KingdomStaff tryed billing us for everything like a towel that had a little stain on which was amrewady there then they said spoke in the bedding 2000 bahr from a cog burn we don’t even smoke and the tip sheet woukd of been 10 max not 45 they charged the cafe didn’t open till 12 for food or drinks which was also a let down and the prices were up n down I got it for 1200 baht a night my friend paid 3300 baht for the same room he booked it a week after me

The room was always clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful (specially a younger girl that helped us a lot throughout our stay), unfortunately can’t remember her name. Another nice thing we like was that we could rent a scooter right away at the hotel

United StatesMy room on the ground floor needed a new toilet seat and the faucet needed to be fixed. These fixes were done quickly -which was good. The wall paper was coming off the walls in certain places.
Very nice cafe and they serve delicious coffees and food. They are very friendly and hospitable. Only thing is I didn't know they didn't have an elevator and I needed the ground floor.

United StatesThe pool area is nothing special, and the location is a little isolated. You can walk to Bophut beach but its about 20+ mins and crossing busy roads.
The room was large and comfortable bed. Staff helped me organize a taxi to the airport.

CanadaCleaning staff spent most of their time on the phone. When you asked for make up room, they brought towels and water. Did not take out garbage or check toilet paper. They gave you anything you asked for but you had to ask. There is no sound reduction so you heard everything in the hallway or even in your neighbour's bathroom
Pool was nice, cool and refreshing. Location was good, an easy walk to Fisherman's village and the Food Market that is uphill from the Friday market (which had lots of awesome cheap food). Staff at restaurant and check in were great.

United KingdomAs hotel was quiet reception, was at the cafe on site. On request a kettle was provided but no cups. Service at the cafe very poor, we were the only 2 customers but 1 breakfast served and eaten before the 2nd breakfast arrived. Despite this the food was nice.

great location, and a range of facilities. Also they had a really cute kitten there which made the stay that much better. Due to its location being only a 5 min walk from fisherman’s village, we would certainly return if in need of a room for a few nights.
