We encountered problem with the water heater which seemed to be leaked. However, the staff took care of it quite quickly.

The location is right in the center and in middle of night market. There's plenty of parking avaible. The family room is spacious.

As stated the hotel is excellent and I would definitely recommend a stay. The only downside to be aware of is that there isn't a lot to do in Trang.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel with three friends at the start and end of a 10 night holiday on the island of Ko Mook. The hotel is in an excellent location for the night market and a short (10 minutes drive) from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious plus a first rate breakfast. We all would like to especially mention the receptionist Tammy. Tammy really looked after us, booking taxi's to/from the airport and to/from Ko Mook.

The staff here are an amazing group of people. We had 2 incidents whilst in transit to/from Trang and Nara residence could not have been more helpful . It’s around the corner from the night market and 5 minutes to the clock tower. Should I ever pass through Trang again, I would definitely return to Nara residence. Thank you to all

Trang itself is not the best place to stay, with limited things to do/visit. However the hotel is in a great location for a stop over stay if you are visiting the nearby islands. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly especially the receptionist who organised taxis and transfers.

Very friendly staff. Lobby area welcoming. Clean, comfortable and spacious room - they upgraded us to family room so had kitchenette. Very convenient for airport - Nara will order a taxi for 120 baht. Right beside a very authentic and local night market. Great value.

TV was a complete mystery to us.

Lovely hotel, immaculately clean, great location and great staff. The rooms and bathroom are large. Laundry was very cheap. Located next to a nightly food market with dozens of stalls.

climbing stairs for elderly might be difficult, bit more then welcome to help carry up the luggage. thought room is with bathroom, some room the bathroom you need to step out to the terrace to reach it.

Reception girls so friendly and helpful booked us on the 4 island tour ( fantastic day ) and provided us with beach towels for the trip the balcony was huge nice big bed 2 pillows each great shower and big bathroom good Aircon and ceiling fan tea coffee and kettle fridge etc and mini sofa for relaxing on also 2 minute walk to the night market and fantastic food stalls you can eat by the stalls and there is an area by a little park with tables and chairs or you can take the food back to the hotel and eat in there cafe area very quiet area at night

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

Beautiful location and setting, we really enjoyed our short stay in this very nice, clean and beautiful place. Staff was amazing, very friendly and specially helpful regarding my forgotten passport in the bank;)) and we also witnessed how patient they are with some very demanding guests, great girls! It is very close to night market and everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was so good, lots of sets to choose, I really loved my miso soup ❤️ We will definitely visit again for little bit longer stay.
