The fact that it is far and the road to the villa is very bumpy and broken. We spent a lot of money on taxi.

You dont need a motorbike (they have free transfer until 5pm) but i would recomend it!

- Gym could be improved, the equipment is a little dated. Also the aircon in the gym isn't that cold.

Incredibly helpful staff via the whatsapp service, nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle into town was really useful, and we appreciated the daily cleaning. Lovely pool area and surroundings were all maintained really well, it's very quiet and peaceful the majority of the time. Super fast Wifi, they provided 2 desks for us to work from our villa. They picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry which was great. The villa was super clean, had everything you needed and perfect for our 1 month stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Naiwok Hills! Our two-bedroom villa was perfect for a family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made everything so convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the smart TV was a great touch for relaxing indoors. The property is in a peaceful area, with a lovely pool and strong WiFi. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive—special thanks to Te for making our stay even better! We also rented bikes directly from them, which made getting around easy. The location is just a few minutes’ drive from the center, offering a great balance of convenience and tranquility. The only minor downside is the last 200 meters of the road leading to the hotel, which is a bit bumpy and off-road. It’s manageable by bike, but not the most comfortable ride. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location is a bit far from any central area or beach. The road leading to the hotel is rocky and inconvenient (especially on bikes). They do have a shuttle, but its always available, and you should plan enough time ahead.

The villas are very beautiful, modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an immediate response in whatsapp for any question. It's easy to request anything you need.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year. The apartment and resort was prestine clean and very comfortable and I cooked quite a bit there on the very efficient one hob ring.. You are provided with access to an App that allows you to book the free shuttle, or taxi at a very reasonable charge, the Yoga classes held twice a week, request extra resources such as extra towels, water etc. They also provide a takeaway food order App as Grab is not available on the island. A 20 litre bottle of water can be requested for 30THB - a bargain and comes with an automatic 'pump'. The resort is 10 mins away from the main town but this wasn't a problem for us. We avoided hiring a car and won't ride the bikes so made use of the free shuttle and taxis. A massage spa is in walking distance and a small 7eleven. We thoroughly enjoyed the yoga classes although tough to get up for 8am when I have to eat a little something beforehand : ) The resort manager is professional, kind and friendly and his colleagues are likewise. Loved our stay here and highly recommend for a quite, peaceful stay.

The staff here are immensely accommodating! They collected us from another place we were staying at on the island for a fee. We even forgot some items there when we checked out and the manager offered to meet us at the Pier the day we left the island to give us the items back. Service above and beyond! The hotel has an app where you can order services like, laundry collection, coffee, tea and soft drinks to the room, room service, free yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the premises (highly recommend, so relaxing and challenging at the same time), great for co-workers as they have an office with desks and chairs. The pool area was lovely and temperature just great! Would highly recommend this place! We will be back for sure!

Perfect accomodation for our needs placed in a quite location not far from the main port. The appartments and stand alone villas are fully utilated with eveything required for your needs. The staff was very plesant and helpfull also. One nice addition is the WhatsApp interaction via AI implementation (i suppose) and the dedicated site. Overall excelent value for money!

The road to the hotel is a dirt and not so nice at night- but it’s worth it

Amazing villa, let you feel like home. Their service is one of the best we have encountered. We have forgotten some thing and they sent it for us to our next destination easily. Speaks great English, have website and WhatsApp for any service, nice pool and gym. Also have shuttles for the center (pick you from the ferry) and they give you recommendations for exploring the island.

- Inside the bathroom the mount of the shower head was loose, so we could only shower by holding it - Bed/mattress was quite hard

- Excellent Hotel service: We've been to a variety of Hotels before and we can safely say that this one has the best service of them all. Very easy requests via Whatsapp, super fast response time. They offer so many services like transfers from the Hotel to places around the area. We had a scooter accident and needed to visit the Hospital everyday. They drove us to the Hospital and got us back to the Hotel again after we were done each time. - Staff: Super friendly and very professional. They also speak English very well. - Accommodation: The deluxe villa had all the things we needed including a fantastic view from the terrace - Hotel area: The Naiwok Hill area has a great pool, a gym and free Yoga classes
