Although there are 4 pools, 2 cater to children/families. Of the other 2 pools, both were quite busy leaving little opportunity if you like to swim as your daily exercise. The menus at each of the venues are very similar so there's not a great deal of variety on offer. There's a limit to activities in NaiYang itself. We stayed too long. Suggest 4-5 nights is ideal.

The resort's gardens are beautifully maintained and the 4 pools are kept tidy and clean. Our room was at the back of the estate looking over the green hills. It was private and well serviced by the staff. The beach was easily accessible across the road with plenty of cafes/bars/street vendors and also food marts selling most items including beers etc The sunset is celebrated each evening with readily available cocktails at each venue. Easy access from the airport ... 10 minutes by taxi or grab .

The room was a long distance from the main reception, and I should offer a mini cart to the room especially after a long flight.

I didn't have working WiFi during our stay. The staff offered me a room swap, but I (lazily) chose not to pack everything up for a move. In the end, it was good for me to unplug for a few days, anyway :-)

I really liked the room - it was large and comfortable. I loved the nearby pool, which was shady and rarely crowded, and with the beach right across the road, we were spoilt for choices of places to 'park' our towels. The lovely bar staff plied us with cocktails during happy hour and we really loved the gardens.

the room where we stayed was far. the welcome drink is just a juice we thought could be something different.

The breakfast was good Nice fruits and fresh. the polls are very good, there are 3 one more relaxed than the others. We staying n the room more far from the beach, so i suggest when you book to ask for that.

Most guests were Russian and extremely rude! We had a ground floor room and it would have been nice to have a balcony, table and chairs outside. Pool areas became littered quickly from guests (including food, plates etc) which weren’t cleaned for some time. Would have been nice to have one pool designated for adults only / swimming

Is a great location and is a hidden gem 😄 7 minutes from airport is like a small Thai Village. Great beach restaurants and even has a mini Bangla Rd 😅 Excellent beach for kids and resort pools are great 👍 Perfect place for a few days before flying home.

I thought I booked a different location and was put in the three story building on ground floor! It was extremely noises it backs up to a small road and quite a bit of traffic plus I think there were elephants above me! Next time will definitely want top floor!
