When we first arrived the staff were late to check us in for nearly an hour. She mentioned that usually the customer is always late from what they informed arrival time, that is why she didn't show up on time. Regarding the swimming pool, the water was quite green as they were fixing some of the pool. A lot of the tiles came out especially the kid's pool.

The space was nice and clean. The room was bigger than I expected. There were toys and books for my little child in the room. Very homie via for a week we were there. We get to cook a little breakfast in their kitchen which is nice for me, I don't have to rush to get food for my child in the morning. We spent a lot of evening time at the swimming pool/water park, even though there were fixing some of the pool but plenty more pool to enjoy.

Our stay was very good, however, in the interests of constructive feedback, the water pressure in the shower needs to be better. It looks like the water tanks are in the basement so maybe a stronger pump is required to get it up to the top floor. Also, blackout curtains might be better in the master bedroom given the very bright sunlight each morning.

The communication from the owner, Eric, was very clear and we enjoyed our stay at the resort. The apartment is more than ample for a family and the pool and slides are great for the children. The location is nice and quiet, with everything that you need nearby. The market is just a short walk away, as is the beach. There is underground parking, which is also handy. The ten baht bus stops outside of you wish to go to the town centre.

We had a great stay at My resort. Great location, close to everything including the beach. The kids just loved the pool area. Eric was an amazing host, very hospital and helpful with everything, he couldn’t do enough for us! If you are planning to rent at My Resort, we really recommend that you rent from Eric.

Nice location, close to a very vibrant market and on the main road so very easy access to the city via the local bus. The swimming pools were nice and the waterpark made our kids very happy!

We stayed in this room for 1 week. It was a pretty good room with the bonus of a washing machine to wash our clothes and a great pool view from our balcony. The bunk beds in the 2nd room also met our needs. The host Eric was also great and was quite happy to answer any questions and help us choose the right room. We needed to stay in the resort for 3 more days but unfortunately the room we were in was booked so had to change to a different room that is run by a different company. The new room has been nothing but trouble. TV doesn't work, stains all over the couch, handle came off shower when my son tried to turn it on and a few other issues. They fixed a few things but it's been disappointing. We really wished we could have stayed in the first room with the host Eric. it was pleasure to stay there. We will definitely book this room again if we stay at this resort again

Some of y he building facilities, like kids room or gym are rather basic and dated but easily made up for by the rest of it, the friendly staff and overall location and value.

The unit is large and comfortable with all the basic features one might need. We found a clean and welcoming space on arrival and felt at home during the stay.

We really enjoyed our time here, the apartment was fantastic, clean and had everything we needed. My 7 and 4 year old boys loved the bunk beds. We would highly recommend it to families visiting Hua Hin. The pool /water play area were fantastic! The proximity to the beach is great (about a 200 metre walk). The owner was VERY helpful, even sending valuables back to us when we left them in the apartment. Thank you Eric!

First off all Eric!! He is the best apartment owner I ever had. He is kind and very carring, he made sure we have every thing we need before we came, he also took care to our transport from bangkok and back. The location is perfect! Walking distance from the Cicada market and 7 minutes driving from the shopping malls. The apartment is great and like new. Have every thing you need.

Not so much to say on the apartment, it would be nice to get free wifi in the common areas of the condo. Waste recycle process to be definitely improved, but it's a common issue in Thailand.. Disappointing to pay for maintanance people to unlock an internal door, even if it was out of standard working time, I believe someone from maintanance should be always available ( free of charge ).

Eric is a really helpful host, he tried to help on all our needs. the apartment is nice and clean, everything works well and forniture looks quite new. A very good place for families, with large swimming pool with water games and different water levels. Extra points for the availability of swimming pool / sea games in the apartment. the sea in front of the condo is not so accessible, but if you can move with car,motorbike, etc.. is a perfect compromise

It's not nice with Russians not caring about the rules and nobody fining them even though it's clearly against the rules not to swim with t-shirts or towels, adults going in the kids slide or NOT showering before entering the pool. I can't understand parents not taking care of their kids (even though you HAVE TO, according to the rules).

Our host Eric was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately. The pool was nice, but unfortunately there was a lot of other tourists that didn't care about the rules. It feels safe because there are a lots of guards around. But there could be someone fining all off those swimming with t-shirts (according to the rules)

We booked because of the pool but turned out it was very run down. The tiles are loose and ripped my swimming suit and hurt my nieces foot 😭. Will think twice for the next visit.

The room was great. Location is perfect. I don't have any complaints for the room at all.
