Annoying Roosters waking you up every morning before sunrise. The chicken/rooster coop was literally next to the room and very irritating. This could have easily been moved to another area that was not so close to the bedrooms.

Nice beachfront location and friendly Thai Staff. Rooms were decent size if you took one nearer to the reception.

Breakfast starting at 8 AM, bit late for some early birds in my opinion.

Plenty of space, not too cramped with lots of bungalow. Waking up and seeing the sunrise through the curtains. Very comfortable beds, loved all the food we ate at the resort!

Nothing for me

The staff very friendly and pick up us at Huai Yang train station, this resort good for pet friendly and have many dog, Tomyan at this place good for me. The staff lets use her motorcycle to go around the area

With only 4 options on the breakfast menu it became a bit boring (not all were favorites). It would have been nice with some fresh fruit in the morning. The owner hosts hens and roosters on the premises that wake up at around 5. There is a risk that you do so too. Tried to get in contact before arrival via mail but no replies (2 or 3 mails). Limited English language. You’d need a motorbike if you want to visit other restaurants since there are no local ones around. Big Swedish colony in the village (for good or for bad 😉)

Directly on a nice beach. Very friendly staff. I extended my stay so it became 8 nights and stayed in 3 out of 4 different types of room. The least maintained are beachfront wooden with patio. No shower curtain (the whole bathroom/toilet gets wet. The wooden “huts” were nice, with the same view (more or less) as the previous. A bit small, especially if you are two. The garden room was nice, clean and spacious.

Service proposal could be better: waiters in restaurant speak only a bit English, wine was not cooled. No any activity is proposed even nothing to do in area.

Very nice hotel with beach and sea view! Many dogs and cats, very friendly so even if you travel alone you will never be alone :)

Staff a bit lack of service mind, no pleasant look when talking with, talk with fear. The signage of hotel should be easy to notice when arrive. it didn't even shown in the GPS.

One thing they could have improved is the smell of the cat farm they raise next to the resort, the smell is so tense that ruin our beautiful morning and breakfast time. Just one thing.

Mumsa is always our choice whenever thinking of beach vacation, location is great, resort's food is great. The beach is clean and shady in the afternoon. They have just renovated which is better than before. 4 hour drive from Bangkok is worth going.

You get what you pay for , big spacious rooms , right on the beach. Very local and comforable. Nice food at the resturant. Good for staying overnight ,but wish we could stay longer.

No TV in the room, I booked partial sea view but with two bungalows directly in front of mine there was no way to see the sea. Worst coffee I've ever tasted with the breakfast. Also nothing else in the vicinity, no bars/ restaurant or shops so one night is enough

Friendly Thai staff, lots of varied seating on the beach right in front of the resort. Reasonably priced food and drink. Spacious room, big bathroom with powerful hot shower. Great internet so I could stream football on my laptop.

Extremely poor breakfast. Cappuccino was available on one day only. Although the restaurant looks nice the food is not worth it. We got a curry for dinner and a chicken dish, there were literally 3 micro pieces of meat in total. If you stay, eat elsewhere!

Fantastic spot on the beach. Beachfront bungalow highly recommended.

Booked the sea view room and paid for it . But I got room with out sea view, and I been charged for sea view room and I didn't got it ,because the sea view room was not available, if not available update in the system and not make the customer feel upset and pay more , I asked fully money back for this booking from customer service, or I will cancel my booking. Com membership after 10 years use the platform. What i pay and show in the system pics is what I need to get. !!!!

Big room ,clean ,strong ac , clean beach ,good restaurant ,good customer service, very peaceful place , room service very friendly and professional, food is very yummy, fast check in ,fast check out, mini bar in the room with beer and soda ,i be back for sure to this place
