No decaffeinated coffee/tea was the only thing we could think of that could have been better.

Location was perfect, overlooking the beach, perfect view of the beautiful bay and great watching the surfers from the balcony. Our late teenage kids loved having an adjoining room and the speed of the internet. We all loved the breakfast which had different options each day and always fresh; great start to the day, again with amazing views from the breakfast room. We also loved the three pools, especially the seawater pool which is so beautifully built into the rocks just above the crystal clear sea. Walking into Kata town took just 10 minutes where there are a great selection of restaurants and a great variety of shops to browse through. I liked the gym which had a good selection of apparatus, I am a cyclist so was able to keep my legs spinning. I would also like to mention the beautiful plants and ponds. You really feel like the hotel is built into it’s natural surroundings. Beach walks on Kata Noi before breakfast were very invigorating too! Finally I would praise the staff who were friendly and attentive at all times without being over bearing :-)

Older style air conditioning and noisy, many stairs to or from your room. Rock styled pool not cleaned A bit expensive for what you get but this place is charming and romantic

Large room, large bed, seaview, large bathroom but a little bit outdated and needs some refurbishing The staff is lovely and take care well of customers. Breakfast is also very good. Location is away from the crowd, 200 THB per Tuk Tuk to Kata Beach one way.

I would not dream of staying anywhere other than Mom Tri's! It is such a special spot in Phuket. If you are looking to relax and pamper yourself stay here. The staff is absolutely incredible and it's really a serene magical spot. We even met the owner, which was very cool.

Sat on a hill so no easy walks to either kata Noi or kata. It's not too bad but when it's so hot the walk back up seems impossible!!

If you book a transfer back to the airport it's worth checking they definitely have the details as ours hadn't been booked. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently once they realised though.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

The property is beautiful and well looked after with a brilliant view. Direct access down to the beautiful beach was ideal. We had a room next to the pool, which was a brilliant size and very comfortable. Multiple pools and sun terraces to choose from which was lovely. The pool bar has a brilliant menu and the food was really good, decent cocktails too. The people working in the hotel were all lovely. I had my birthday when we stayed, and they arranged a cake for me. Highly recommend the restaurant for dinner.

The service is first class - discrete, quick, and very effective. Our room was lovely. Well appointed, great views, comfortable bed, lots of space. Some great unexpected touches, like cake in the afternoon. Really a tremendous hotel. So cleverly done architecturally. The salt water pool in particular is gorgeous. We will be back.
