We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Anushka, the view was spectacular, Yanisa and her staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was amazing. 10/10 experience for our holiday.

The villa is on a sleep hill, which doesn’t really allow to you walk up or down it on foot. But, this is the case throughout Koh Samui for many of their villas so we didn’t mind. We didn’t necessarily dislike it, it is just something to look out for when booking.

The location was impeccable. It was spacious, plus the high ceiling windows just expanded it even further. Each and every room had an ensuite bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly accommodating, and even made us sandwiches at 6:30AM when we had to leave for our flight. Each breakfast, which was included in our package, was beautiful, delicious, and packed with variety. The views from the villa could not have been better, which each room facing the water. Absolutely amazing and would definitely come again!!!!

Amazing view and great breakfast prepared by the staff. Staff took extra steps to make different dishes for a few vegetarians in our group.

The view is amazing and the villa is huge! So much space for everyone. Each room has an incredible view. We were there for Christmas and Yanisa (the manager) helped organise a superb seafood BBQ.

It was up on the hill which made transport an issue sometimes- be prepared to spend more than usual on transport or hire a car which would need to be a 4wd as its very steep so you can’t really just walk out to go out.

It was absolutely breathtaking- amazing view and gorgeous , massive villa. The pictures don’t do it justice- staff are wonderful and it was such a relaxing week for our family with so much space.

It is pretty far out of town and up a very, very steep hill - many taxis won't take you up the hill, so contact Villa Anushka for the taxi phone number who will and you'll always be able to get one that way. You can not walk into town.

Great staff, especially Emma who was just incredible- very much helpful and clean/new environment which is great for a group of friends or large family - so appreciative of having us at the villa for 7 days. The pool was magical and and the rooms were extremely spacious and all had their own lovely bathrooms and incredible views. It was very very picturesque and the view over the ocean was so special. We can not fault the staff who were just so welcoming and awesome.

Only too many stairs which might be a bit of a problem for elderlies.

The villa is very clean, big , comfortable and very nice but may be not for elderly as there are lots of stairs.. The location is very convenient and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The pool is also very nice. Love it.

A minor issue was that the steps into the pool had sharp edges. Have to be a bit careful getting in and out of the pool.

The view from the pool, lounges, and bedrooms in the villa were breathtaking! The manager, Yvonne, Hay Mar Tun and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly. They took care of all our groups needs. The location was great. Close to Chaweng night life and Lamai as well.

We had a unexpected situation which we couldn't handle and got in touch with The care takers of the property .They went all out and helped us in an unknown place and an unknown country . I am for ever thankful to them for their support .The stay was amazing and the property is amazing .
