How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location quiet but close to the airport and free airport transfers brilliant. Comfy beds and great wee pool ( cold pool but lovely) Perfect for a couple of days

The bathroom was looking a bit tired but for staying there for a short period of time, it was fine.
The gentleman working on the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room rate came with a free transfer to the airport which was brilliant. There was a gorgeous restaurant down the road to eat and catered for Vegan - pad thai.

Rooms were very big and spacious and clean! Great location for a stay over before a flight as only a short drive from the airport. The staff were lovely and friendly, they also dropped us to the airport free of charge which was great! You can’t get food at the hotel, however there are a couple of options just a 10 minute walk away.

Food options are up the road , about a 25 minute walk.
Clean rooms, quiet location, helpful staff with arranging transportation to the airport . The free WiFi is strong and the air conditioner works well. Perfect for our overnight stay before our long flight home. Easy to order a grab taxi to visit the beach about 15 minutes away. The hotel sells drinks and snacks as well.

Without motor transportation it's a bit of a walk to get to the main hub ,but very quiet area
Not knowing how to get around in a strange new environment is a bit overwhelming, the front desk was able to assist me in all my little set backs and made my worries disappear, thank you .

We agreed to keep my luggage there at arrival, in order to collect them at depart. However, they requested me to pay extra per day.

The fantastically close location and the free drop to airport. Also the green areas next to the hotel is gorgeous , the hotel itself has a bit of old world charm

Doors are having a simple lock, not really secure. The building can only be accessed by car, nothing is around the place. Good side of this is that the place is super quiet.
Staff is very nice, room was simple but good, bed was a bit hard, but gave a good sleep.

Only issue was pool is a bit dirty and can be off putting.

If you’re travelling solo, the gecko lizards will keep you company every night and scream when they come out to make sure you’re awake. The sink wasn’t draining well.
Nice staff and clean, spacious room. internet worked well. Good value.

The bed may be a little hard for some and the room/bathroom may be seen as 'outdated'/needing refurbishing, but can work with it if staying for 1 or 2 nights. This hotel is about 15+ minutes walking distance to the nearest store/shops (7/11, cafe's etc.,), which can be seen as a little inconvenient. If the hotel was able to provide a shuttle service to and from the main street, that would've been good!
Free airport shuttle from the Phuket International to this hotel! I landed in Phuket quiet late and just wanted somewhere to rest before I headed to Patong the next day, so having this service was GREAT! The staff were nice and accomodating (allowed me Late check-out at 1pm) and the room was spacious and clean.

Creaky, plastic bathroom door. No nightlight in the enclosed bathroom. Location is out in the wilds. No facilities nearby.
Excellent location next to the airport for an overnight. Quite spot. Room overlooked fields. Free snacks offered 24/7 in the lobby. Fridge and kettle in the room.
