Room with street view is a noisy. But they do provide earplugs

The cleanliness is amazing and the reception is always friendly and ready to help. Their shower gel and shampoo feels good quality plus the hotel provides toothbrush and toothpaste. It’s one of my favorite hotels in Thailand. Definitely will come back! Good value for money as well.

There’s no improvement for this place, unless they added a small pool to chill/relax.

The Mitsu Guest House is beyond exceptional. The staff are so friendly and helpful, literally nothing is too much trouble. The accommodation itself has great facilities, full size fridge freezer in each room en suite is great, decor is modern bright and clean. The fresh clean smell greets you as you enter the property . I would highly recommend the Mitsu Guest house and the staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely Nothing to dislike!

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with a friendly smile . And the beautiful smell which engulfs the reception and carries on throughout the entire property. There are also little plaques which remind guests to shut their doors quietly and not to disturb others . This accommodation is quiet which I loved . The room was big, beautiful and also immaculate. It has everything that you need, even down to toothbrushes in the bathroom. The balcony is big with full sliding patio doors and a bistro table with chairs . You can also sign in to Netflix on the TV ( but if you have the ads package it won't work . Maybe upgrade beforehand ) The air con is Fab . On the top floor there is a full kitchen with table and chairs, fridge etc that you can also use . A washing machine too. I actually used the guesthouse laundry service which was quick and cheap .. located next door is a 7/11 supermarket which you can get everything you need . The beach is about a 10 min walk . Not far and there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops on route. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't call it a guesthouse. I would say it's a boutique hotel.

Clean new rooms, friendly staff, good aircon and hot water. Stairs only, so if you have heavy luggage might be an issue. Beds were firm but the sheets were soft and new. Convince store close by, can walk to the beach Would stay again

Great stay, minus point only for the 15 min walking to the beach, which was still alright for us but the walking street is quite busy and doesn’t have a proper pedestrian.

New modern small guesthouse. Great and spacious rooms. Rooms have kitchen and a balcony. Everything necessary is provided in the room. Great staff. On the first floor there is very nice bubble tea shop. Around nice restaurants. When we were there they were building 7 eleven nearby, so there will be a grocery store next door soon.

We had a lovely stay at Mitsu guesthouse. The staff were super friendly and the manager Elle was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and more. We also had a balcony which was a lovely addition to the property. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The location was great for us but it is on a main road. This wasn’t something we minded as it was nice to explore the surrounding area on the way to the beach. Overall we had a lovely stay and booked an additional night here!

The room was very spacious and clean. Our room had a balcony which was a lovely addition. The staff were super friendly and the hotel manager Elle was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The guesthouse was a 10-15 minute stroll to Karon beach and in a perfect location for us. The walk is on a bit of a main road but we did not see this as a problem as it was nice to walk along the shops and explore the area. We booked an additional night at the property!

Location is a bit far away from the beach and the party area (which can also be good! It was very quiet, we felt like). At the same time, we still managed to find an amazing Thai restaurant just 3 mins away from the hotel, which is good. For everything else you would need to walk along the busy road next to driving cars, as there’s no pedestrian walk. But then again, you get used to it in Thailand.

The room looked soooo neat! We got a very good value for money. Quiet.

Nice and super clean. Nice and welcoming staff. Love the decoration of the rooms, which makes you feel home away from home. There’s some roadside sellers where local buy breakfast and cheap meals, and some good places to eat nearby for reasonable prices.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here, it was definitely the most clean and modern, up to date and beautiful properties we had stayed in on our Thailand trip. The room was so spacious and spotlessly clean. The attentiveness and kindness of the host/receptionist was evident right away. The small details in the room like the pampas, towel decorations, shower and bathroom casings made for a very comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable, hot water in shower, had a TV, kettle, microwave and AC worked perfectly! We had a wonderful 2 nights and will definitely be back!

Loved my stay at Mitsu Guesthouse, the staff was nice and caring, the place was always clean and smelled amazing and the walk to the beach was very enjoyable. For New Years I was surprised to receive a gift of sweets and a lovely message in my native language. A beautiful and much appreciated gesture!

The location on the Grab app was not accurate. It would be nice to have slippers in the room.

We had wonderful experience at this cosy guesthouse. The spacious and well-lit rooms, comfortable beds, and the added bonus of a balcony have made our stay very enjoyable. Being on the ground floor and in a quiet location have added to the comfort and relaxation. The proximity to groceries and currency exchange is definitely convenient. It was also great that the facilities were clean and nice with polite and hospitable staff. The guesthouse amenities, including a big fridge, microwave oven, drying rack, table, and smart TV with YouTube and Netflix, have provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. On the way to Karon beach, one can enjoy multiple choice of cafes and restaurants, groceries and shops with fruits. We also liked to go to the market, just 5-7 minutes from the hotel. There is also a nice Turkish food restaurant nearby, with delicious kebabs. We were also grateful for the staff’s attention and Christmas presents with personalized card in our local language and free drinks.

We loved our stay at Mitsu - rooms are beautifully presented and extremely clean. Location is good, especially is you have a scooter. Loved that the TV had Netflix too!
