Location is far. Family rm 3 single beds was on 3rd floor with no lift but buggy will bring your luggage. There are only 2 timing for the river raft activity Thb350 11am & 4pm..and fully booked when we check in. The spa was under maintenance

We swam at the 2 pools. Ideal for family w young children to play water slides. Beds and air con were comfortable. Breakfast buffet served both Thai & continental style breakfast. Had our nice dinner by the river.

Breakfast buffet somewhat underwhelming in quality. But certainly copious! The crowd on a Sunday morning was less than agreeable.

The spaciousness, the proximity to the river, the quiet, the location. The villa swimming pool was a delight - and deep!

We booked for three, but the room was only equipped with amenities for two. We had to request additional items from the staff, but even then, not everything was provided. The dinner was relatively expensive, considering the quality and taste of the food. One staff member was seen pouring water into the river and then eating in front of other guests. While the pool table was in good condition, all four cue sticks were damaged except for one that had been taped together. The other sticks were broken, causing splinters that injured my fingers, making my index finger bleed.

Not far from Kanchanaburi city, with good phone signal, comfortable beds, a pleasant and peaceful environment. The breakfast is diverse, and the staff are attentive and provide excellent service. If you don't expect too much, this place is highly recommended.

We were traveling with kids so asked for rooms close together, but the rooms were in different buildings even. We could upgrade one room so that we could be in the same building, so that's what we did. It costs us extra money, of course.

We were staying in top-of-the-bill rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony; the rooms were really magnificent. It's a great place to stay; i would definitely recommend the river rafting that the hotel is offering. To go around you have to arrange transport.

I'm stay one night on air tent. I like this room type. The tent not new it ok. I founded it have some mosquito keep flying in tent. Food taste quite good but price higher than expeted.

Things I didn't care much for? Well, the pool closed up way too early. We experienced no pool towels after 7PM and the pool lights and pool area lights were turned off around 7PM or earlier. After a long day out hiking and exploring the area national parks it would have been nice to take a swim to relax, I guess not. I was pretty sure the pool hours were until 9PM, maybe 8pm, but not 7pm. Same thing with the Mcafe. Seemed like it was only open for breakfast. Same thing with the small sundries store next to the lobby/check in. Went there at 10am and 2pm and found it closed both times. We had a car there as we came from Bangkok. You will want one too to go out and explore the area as there is little excitement at the resort to keep you occupied during your stay. When we asked about the spa and massages, we were told it was basically outcall and not open onsite as the website lead us to believe. Kind of misleading.

We booked a 1 queen size bed for two but we got 2 single bed (I know I can just ask them to have us transfer to a different room but yeah everything is in the booking details so I a little disappointed). Also, if you are planning to go to Erawan falls, the hotel will offer you a 2 way trip for 1300 baht. No public transportation in the area. During the booking, I inquired about renting a motorbike and the hotel confirmed that i can have it ( they even mentioned that it will be for free ) but ended up renting a private car to roam around the province. On the other hand The place was really amazing; peaceful and relaxing, the amenities are also superb. If you are looking for a place for nice staycation this hotel is perfect for you.

Swimming pool. Though they have 2 swimming pools, we didnt like one of the swimming pool, as it was too deep and needs some maintenance. Anyway, the other pool was super nice.

The resort is huge! Minimum 2 day is required to enjoy the resort itself and the views. They have different spots to chill and enjoy the views. Beautiful 😍 Also, the staffs were very friendly and helpful 😀
