After arriving at the hotel it was found that during the night the room was very noisy from other guests that were banging doors and talking loudly. The breakfast the next day was a fixed menu breakfast which we were not used too as most other hotels offer a buffet style with many choices on offer, so this a little dissappointing as I always look forward to my breakfast choices.

The room was comfortable and fulfilled all that was needed for a comfortable nights sleep. We added the breakfast onto our booking.

Decor is amazing. Quiet side of Bangkok that you need to experience- not over stimulating. Hotel has gym and pool nothing to complain about.

Location is the only one I can complain about of at this hotel. The bathroom drain was clogged on our second night in one of our rooms but it was rectified immediately the time we reported them at the reception.

Large and very comfortable room were provided for all of us, as we are 8 guests. Very nice concept on the design of the reception, lobby and restaurants. Simple breakfast yet fulfilling. Staff at the reception and restaurant were very nice.

Aircon took awhile to really cool the room down.The beds on rollers for the twin rooms don't seem to lock down fully.

Location was a bit out of the way for us as we are getting on a bit, pool area wasn’t very welcoming and a bit in the shade and getting there was a bit of a trek. We smoke and go to hotels with balconies, in 99,9% we could smoke on the balcony but not here or indeed sit out on it as there was outside furniture, bit of a miss sell for me.

Rude/not hospitable staff, noise from corridors through door like no door at all, walls quite thin. Bathroom only lightly cleaned, soap scum from many guests past built up. Dust and grime. Pool and gym facility in separate building across an alley, so not comfortable to be in bathing suit from room. Breakfast options are limited.

The pool was a short walk away through some back paths which wasn’t too bad but the staff at the pool looked very bored and sat on their phones, although i understand there’s not a lot to do i was a little upset when the toilet didn’t have any paper and felt that they could have at least checked on small things like that. Also the sun-beds are not in the sun as advertised and i was not permitted to move them and the facilities at the pool aren’t half as nice as the ones in the hotel and i feel it would be better to have them as nice.

The rooms are really spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We felt so relaxed in the room. The location is in a nice area with markets and places nearby but it’s a longer walk to the metro to get into the centre. We felt welcomed at the reception, although remember that you need 1000bht in cash for a deposit!!
