Property is on a hill so there are a lot of stairs to get anywhere inside hotel. It was very busy at breakfast time and due to set up it feels very crowded in there. Bed was very uncomfortable, housekeeper put an extra mattress topper and it felt a bit better. They have a pillow menu and we ordered from it which made our sleep more comfortable.

Bedroom was very spacious, huge bathroom and lots of storage in the bedroom. Balcony overlooking the pool was also very nice

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo in Phuket, Thailand. I stayed for about nine nights, and honestly, it was fantastic. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff ( Mai and Pleng and Mon and Salmon) were incredibly friendly and welcoming ( many thanks for them ). And the staff of house keeping they were amazing. Their warmth really made my experience special. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket

Nothing I didn't like.

The swimming pool is very close to the rooms and kept very clean. In the afternoon, the pool bar offers happy hour drinks at nearly half price. The hotel’s restaurants are also excellent, with both providing scenic views. Breakfast is not crowded. The overall environment of the hotel is wonderful: the rooms are clean and quiet, surrounded by greenery without any mosquitoes. The spa is great! Mandarava completely fulfilled my expectations for a relaxing holiday.

Because of the location on the mountain, moving between the rooms is tiring, and this is what led us to changing our room on the garden and paying an additional amount to be next to the kids's room next to the pool.

The hotel offers rooms with a semi-private pool on a shared outdoor pool, and it was a good experience to stay in these rooms. Various public swimming pools are also available.

The rooms were big and spacious. The pool were not so crowded. The mango pool offered lots of food and drink options. The breakfast crew were very friendly

Breakfast area was crowded some times and not easy to find table (if you go during rush hrs) . Too many stairs to move around. No covered paths so if it was raining you should always carry an umbrella with you.

The gym needs to have more equipments and the room towels needs to be changed as they are worn out.

Breakfast was limited and repeated everyday! The gym is old and too small for the size of the resort. Stairs!!!!!

We stayed 11 days in the resort. We enjoyed every single day. The staff were super friendly. The view from the room was what we needed. The housekeepers were doing great job in cleaning the room.

We could hear the restaurant noise from our room which made it a bit difficult to sleep but aside from that no issues!

Restaurants should have fan or air-conditioners, or it will be hot in the summertime. Also the pool is a little bit small even though the hotel have many different pools

From the moment we arrived, the resort impressed us with its beauty, comfort, and impeccable service. The tuk tuk ride from the reception to our room was a unique and delightful experience. Our daughter especially loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. It was incredibly relaxing, professionally managed, and set in a serene atmosphere. The staff throughout the property were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The food, especially the breakfast buffet, was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool and surrounding landscape were equally enjoyable and well-maintained.
