The location is on the beach and close to the walking street with all convenient stores. The view is amazing especially when the tide is high. You can borrow masks for snorkeling at the reception (a small deposit is sometimes asked as guarantee) and watch a lot of fishes at 20 meters from your room. The breakfast is limited but good and it is brought to your room at the time you asked for! I booked a boat trip, and it came take us right in the hotel beach... I recommend!

Toilet bowl leaking (staff quickly solved the issues) and shower head too high. Front desk manager's face was a bit grumpy when we asked for assistance, perhaps she was busy.

Amazing location on top of the beach. You can have breakfast at the beach really (which was delicious, and you order a dish from the menu, then you have coffee refill, juice and water). The views are stunning. Bedrooms are really confortable, with AC, and a fan. Good beds. Spacious bathroom.

Staff were lovely and made our stay enjoyable. Villa was perfect and the location was unreal. Snorkelling right outside the hotel because the water is so clear. Very peaceful. Breakfast was also a great choice and decent portions.

the location was further away from.the walking street which proved to be both quieter which is good but also took longer to walk to and from all.the other places worth seeing. good exercise but very hot. I also managed to get bed bugs from these bungalows which is pretty typical occurrence even in the nicest places. not much to do about it but pharmacy has good cure for this. last night my ac was leaking quite a bit and super noisy during sleep hours. so hope that gets renovated too during this low season. I could have stayed a few more nights there. be aware they charge 70% first then 30%. the instructions said 30% first then 70% full pay. strange for me as I've always paid in full either before or on checkout. made a bit of confusion on exit but got solved in the end.

I really liked this area of the island and the hotel was quite nice right on the beach with pretty sand and lounge chairs. the beds were comfy. I stayed in 2 different bungalows during my stay. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. quick to clean the room and even assisted with the luggage to and from the boat.

- Common facility found in other hotels were not available in our room, eg. electric kettle. - The access road to the resort could be improved as we need to take our bike taxi from the neighboring hotel (Sita or Bella Vista) - The mattress in the room was quite sagging in the middle. It might be time to consider replacing it for better sleep quality. - It would be great if the resort could consider offering snorkel gear rental, as the beach in front is suitable for snorkeling. We spotted some coral and fish, and it would enhance the experience for guests who want to explore the marine life just steps away from the resort.

The bungalows are huge, the king bed was so comfy, the outdoor bathroom was amazing with 2 showers and 2 sinks, and was so large! The beach is stunning, so close to the walking street and restaurants. Definitely 10/10

Koh lipe is a magical island and we loved Mali as the ocean right outside was clean and beautiful. We loved the sandy toes during breakfast, the excellent coconut shakes and friendly service. Close to walking street and such comfortable beds after big days exploring with the kids.

The houses are small, as we had additional bed, so not much space. Rooms needs to be renovated.

Great location, nice beach, not too crowded. Clean suroundings, great vibe. Good a la carte breakfast. Nice garden. Bar menu is nice and food as well pretty good. Possibility to visit other Mali resort hotel in Sunrise beach. Overall - great experience.

Fabulous location, on the main beach but far enough away from the main street so it was quiet in the evenings. The rooms were clean and spacious with an outdoor shower and washroom (sounds weird but it was quite beautiful actually). Breakfast was lovely with multiple options to choose from and the staff were super helpful. It was great to have dedicated beach chairs with umbrellas so we could go swimming without worrying about our stuff. There are lots of Thai massage places near by, but also slightly cheaper ones in town (which is 5-10 mins walk away). Highly recommend.

Staff at the reception were not friendly but the bar staff were really nice. Poor wifi connection. Mattresses in the room was not comfortable as I got a back pain.

The resort picks you up from the pier and takes your 100KG of luggage to your room while you check in. Staff were always so helpful. Breakfast was great and was possible to have in your room. There was plenty of sunbeds if you got up at a reasonable time, while we was there. Beach and sea was amazing.
