This is a great Apartment Hotel! I stayed in the Superior Studio for 4 nights and was really pleased with the room. My room was very clean, including the kitchenette and fridge freezer. The bed was really comfortable and so was the 2-seater sofa. Also the small desk and chair was good for laptop use. The TV was a new google TV and Wi-Fi was fast all day. Very big wardrobe with a hotel safe. The room and main door was well fitted with no large gaps between the floor. The balcony had a good view of mountains. Great rooftop with seating and small gym, nice views of Hua Hin!

Only downside was no view, facing Market Village Car Park, just make sure to book superior room if you want other side with view.

Location next to Market Village is a bonus, room is a good size and very clean, a large fridge to keep groceries cool, bathroom is large, pool is small, but clean and refreshing for a small group. Tuk Tuks near Market village, about 100Thb to most places like near Hilton or Nong Lek Jim Jum Markets and 150Thb to Cicada or Tamarind markets.

Not related to the hotel, I got a touch of food poisoning on the second last day, some bad prawns I think, it ruined what was a really great trip.

The location is wonderful, just around the corner from the big Market Plaza, it has a great food court plus there are many other restrurants nearby to suit every taste. A hotel is very modern, has all the amedities, it is perfect for either a short or long stay.

Maleesa Place is my regular stay when in Hau Hin. Everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay in a great location at an excellent price. Rooms feel more like apartments, fuly equiped kitchen, high speed wifi and quality multi channel 'Smart TV'. Staff are brilliant.

Very convenient managed efficiency condo. This is a newer property one block off the main highway and next to the Market Hin Hin shopping center. A few blocks from the beach in a newer part of town. Nice modern facilities, including a self-service Expresso/Italian coffee machine on the sixth flr.

Ideal location for a long stay in Hua Hin, very clean, great coffee on the 5th floor every morning, short walk to the beach and Market Village shopping centre, comfy beds with good quality linen, can't fault it.

The room is really comfortable with all kitchen amenities you need. Good coffee machine on rooftop. Peaceful and quiet street.

The rooms at the back of the hotel do not get any sun. Dining table in the standard room, not in the superior room. Smaller shower in the superior room than in the standard room. The double bed was too small. The single beds in the standard room would have been better.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are cleaned daily. Kitchen is very good and supplied with that you need to cook basic meals. Good size bathroom with a good shower. Lift to access all floors. Nice small pool to cool off in. Good WiFi.

Not really a dislike but for a tall person bed seemed a little short and although it's apparent from photos the pool is more of a plunge pool. Not really a big deal as ocean is just down the street.

Great location close to all, while still very quiet soi for sleeping and peace. Rooftop lounge area is nice for relaxing with coffee and enjoying the view.

Once again front office and house staff provided a fantastic place to stay for an extended period. I will be back. Accomodation is fantastic. Rooms away from the elevator and not near the first floor door are the best.

Very clean with comfy beds and friendly staff, location is right next door to Village Market shopping mall, the. Ain centre of Hua Hin.

Comfortable apartment with plenty of space to stay more than a few nights. Quiet back street but really close to Market Village for all your food and other shopping needs. Had a small gym and pool as well as provided coffee and snacks on the roof from morning till early afternoon. Staff were great and the room was very clean. Also has laundry on the property for visitors use.

Cute property, very clean, walkable distance to beach mall , massage, in a very central attractive location in Hua Hin , though a small hotel , it’s got every facility, even a small pool. Staff very polite and helpful, will be back in future!

Sub par internet...

Very central apartment hotel close to Market Village. Nice apartments serviced every day with clean beddings, towels and water. The staff even doing the dishes! Very friendly and communicative staff. Too bad that the place is let down by sub par internet. I had to use my mobile internet subscription. Invest in a better internet conncection and it will be 5 stars next time.

There was not much natural light in the room, the balcony was so small that it could not be used, and because it was close to Market Village, you could hear the cars coming and going into the parking lot, which was a bit annoying. Also, the air conditioner was a bit too loud.

It was nice to have a small kitchen where we made some nice scrambled eggs. Also, I liked the hotel as it had modern features, plus there was free fresh-bean coffee and gym access. Finally I like that it was close to the beach, just 9 min walk.

Only to say "The Place to be"....everything was great! I never saw a Hotel like that. Helpfull Reception in all kind of ways. The Room was cleaned well by the Stuff there. I will come back for Sure!
