We paid extra for a beachfront room, but the beach was closed because of jellyfish before, during and after we stayed. I thought to compensate, they should have either discounted the room, or upgraded us. Also, they had a private party on the beach, and allowed people to drink and shout outside our room until 04:00 in the morning. We were disappointed to say the least

This property is excellent for families with a great pool and location near the beach and sea. We are at an age now that we prefer quieter locations and a lot of families were not agreeable to us.

The room was comfortable and the shower/bathroom was very good, excellent breakfast was included in the booking.

Hotel could use a bit of maintenance, especially the outside of the white box + rooms building. Bathroom quite cramped. The digital temperature display of the air conditioning unit is very bright, it lights up the whole room during the night.

Beachfront location, nice pool and private beach area. Dinner at restaurant was good. Very attentive bell boys with golf carts to drop off / pick up from car parking area

The breakfast was very asian compliments ... although credit taken , egg station and toast resolved my issue for a western breakfast however please concider bacon at bare minimium , I know you will say there was sliced ham , but for foriegners thats is exactly what it is processed cold ham , bacon would have made it worthwhile ... great to see toaster /bread , coffee machine only serves like warm coffee/latte expresso etc not hot, but in reality the breakfast did meet the needs for a breakfast BUT later in the morning we discovered the Hotel did have a great coffee cafe on the site served great coffee and scones ( loved it ) ..... , secondly seem to have a cat issue , the cats walking the front outdoor entrances of room crying and the cats opposite crying all night long did get annoying we mentioned it to one of the staff the next morning and they said " YES , many cats sorry !! ".... all up the stay was great and very comfortable .... thankyou

The facility of room is old. Door is locked By key, so old style. And the electricity is cut twice in the morning of 18/04. The bake sound of electric box is loud and horrible. My room number is 520.

Convenience stores are not local, and are at least a 20 minute walk away.

The Maldives Beach Resort is indeed right on the beach, and the associated restaurant was of an appropriately high quality.
