The location was okay but they provided some shuttles to some locations for touring and having some convenient stores near by was great as well.

I love the hospitality. They are very helpful and provided a lot of assistance to me and my spouse.

The hotel is white and clean, upon arriving the hotel, everyone was smiling which gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable. The staff provided us a detail introduction on the facilities we can use with the opening hours, the information was also provided in paper so that we can check easily for the timing, everything was good. We booked the pool access suite, which included not only the complementary breakfast, but also the access to the lounge and tea in everyday afternoon. We like the pool very much, it's deep (1.2m) enough for us to swim and the warm jacuzzi is the highlight, we are so relaxed in the warm strong pool. August is not the peak season in Chiang Mai, the pool is not busy anytime and we can enjoy swimming all day.

Was a little far out from the action but taxis are cheap and plenty tuk tuks outside.

The staff here were amazing! It’s like they knew what you needed before you even did. They hotel itself was beautiful it was relaxing and quite too I could not fault the place.

I've stayed at a wide variety of hotels including Four Seasons in many different countries. This hotel was #1 for me in all categories. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the pool. The bed was just so comfortable. The staff were so very kind, attentive, and helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast and tea were just delicious! Location was great for us. Short walk to the night bazaar.

The humid in the room is a bit high, I felt the sheet and pillows were kind of wet. May be there could be a dehumidifier in the room.

People are nice and the service is great, also the room and the facility are all brilliant. Very quiet and can have a good time to relax.

Staff were super friendly and very attentive. Absolutely loved this small and intimate hotel. So clean, quiet and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious too. Lots of options from Asian or western. Close to night market and a lovely stroll to old town in the cooler evenings.

Maybe some more options on the breakfast buffet would be nice for guests who are staying longer.

Just one word: WOW! The property is absolutely stunning and impresses with a large pool, the rooms are immaculate but what absolutely makes this hotel is the amazing staff, they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and requests, and treat guests like royalty. We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay, would definitely come back and stay here again!

We spent our first weekend of our trip to Thailand at this hotel and couldn’t have started our holiday in a better way! Everything was just perfect, from the exquisite design and decor of the premises, to the welcoming staff and the quality of the food and drinks both at breakfast and lunch. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light and cleaned to perfection. The swimming pool and gym were also a nice addition and something we were happy to take advantage of to get a break from the heat! The hotel is within walking distance from the old town and located on a quiet street with other nice and modern hotels. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Chiang Mai!

    Can't complain about anything really.

A delightful hotel with a charming reception area, a lovely pool and our room was large and tastefully decorated. The balcony was a lovely addition overlooking the pool area. The breakfast was mostly 'a la carte' with some buffet options. There was a night market within walking distance which I would highly recommend visiting. The cocktail bar near the pool was great for pool side drinks.

Location: Excellent, many places within walking distance, ~80 baht for grab into old town. Hotel provided complementary bus into town at set times Breakfast: Menu breakfast but could order as much as you want with small self-serve buffet of fruits, breads, pastries, and cereals. Food was of high quality. Best coffee we’ve had in Thailand. Fresh cold press juices and mimosas included. Room: Comfortable, well designed, bed was so comfortable and had a pillow menu. Provided extra amenities such as chrome cast. Bathroom was gorgeous. Facilities: Pool and hot tub were lovely and never too crowded. Gym was small but has everything required. Staff: Attentive, and friendly, they gave us excellent recommendations for places to go, and would always follow up and ask how it went. They had excellent security, taking note of what cars we left in and ensuring we were safe. Extras: Complementary afternoon tea (which was delicious), mini bar resorted for free once per day (included a beer, a Coke, some snacks, and milk drinks). If staying in a suite, returning guest, or long stay (>5 days) had access to lounge in evening that had complementary soft drinks and snacks. Overall excellent stay, would highly recommend for anyone going to Chiang Mai

Everything was perfect. We have stayed at a few different places in Thailand and all have been amazing, but Maladee is in a league of its own. The attention to detail here is incredible - they really have thought of everything (I thought the Dyson hairdryer was a nice touch). Pool is stunning and so calm, and you’re welcomed to the pool with a refreshing drink each day. The breakfast is fabulous, so much variety and then there is daily complimentary afternoon tea as well. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and in the evenings they put a nighttime lemongrass drink in your room for you. They really didn’t let us lift a finger our entire stay, could not recommend highly enough!
